I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

This was my favorite place nearly a decade ago when I came regularly. They even had a membership…read morerewards program. Now it is well past time to invest in some major equipment and cleaning overhauls. I went in mid March and the wax service was down, the undercarriage clean seemed to have been broken out. Their signs are also extremely worn and faded. I'd love to have a local place I can rely on but I'll need to start shopping elsewhere if things don't change.

Brought my car in for a "Take Flight". The man taking the car gave me a slip for "Ben's Basic." I…read moretried to explain that I ordered Take Flight because i wanted the undercarriage after all the salt and the wax. He just kept saying yes yes. So I ran into the man at the desk before my car went through and he was an older man who is American and fluent in English and I was shocked at the terrible customer service. He said he couldn't do anything about it. I explained the most important part was getting the undercarriage done. He blamed the misunderstanding on the fact that, "Nobody here speaks English." There's nothing I can do. I asked why I couldn't just pay the extra cost of $8.00 and send the car through again for the undercarriage and wax. At first, that didn't seem like an option. I explained that I didn't want to pay the full $22.00 to send the car through for what I wanted after paying for the Basic car wash which I didn't want. He just kept saying that I was getting the basic and there was nothing he could do. I explained that his excuse of no one speaking English was not my fault as the customer and most businesses could easily fix this issue. He said it wasn't his fault no one spoke English and he couldn't do anything. After I told him that it seemed this was horrible customer service he did let me pay the extra $8.00 and sent me back to the entrance to talk to the guys and have one of them come up to him at the desk. Really? If they don't speak English how am I supposed to do that? I did find one of the guys at the entrance and got him to follow me up to the older man at the desk. Apparently, the man at the desk had called in this really nice lady and explained to her. Her name is Gladys and she was FANTASTIC. I kind of picked up negativity when he told me that no one there spoke English. Thought that was kind of insulting to the workers. Well, I can tell you Gladys spoke Perfect English! She understood completely what I was saying - that the undercarriage was the most important part with all the salt and that's why I wanted to pay the difference and run it through for just the under carriage and wax. She took over and her customer service was fantastic. She actually drove it through herself and did the entire Take Flight. I'd give her ten stars! She should be the one who deals with the customers. In two minutes she took what was horrible customer service to stellar customer service. She reflects fantastically on the business. The older man behind the desk who only works a couple days a week from what I understand reflects so poorly on the business that he should not have contact with the public. Hence, the one star! My car was nice and clean and thanks to Gladys, I got what I had requested in the first place. Thank you Gladys!
