I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Was a little disappointed with the quality of wash. The car is relatively clean, but the windows are still dirty especially inside of the windows. When they tell you that they will wipe down the -, they literally will only wipe the top part of the dash, not the entire dash. My dash is still just as dirty and dusty as it was when I went in today. The top of the - it's definitely wiped and cleaned off. I may go back again at some point for another wash, but I will make sure that I look at the entire car before I leave. I do not think I would go back unless I had a coupon. They would really have to show me that they would do a good quality high end job for me to pay full price. Considering my "Top-flight" wash was average to below average, I doubt that I would pay such a high price for a detail job. If they put care into their normal car washes, I may have faith that they would put that much care into their details. Until I see that they are concerned about the person who comes in for a car wash, I do not think I would trust them and pay them for a detail job. Cashier was very polite and mannerly. Gentleman who took my order at the beginning of the wash, was very polite and mannerly, but as I said earlier, really tried to pressure me into a detail job. UPDATE - went back to Franklin Auto Spa and tried their service again at the request of the owner. I tried the Express Detail. They did a fantastic job on the inside of the car. It kept the clean smell for several days. They managed to get all the cracks and crevices, cleaned floor mats, and vacuumed extensively. Only waited approx 39 minutes. Nice job. I'd go back again and see them for service. Glad I went back.

This was my favorite place nearly a decade ago when I came regularly. They even had a membership…read morerewards program. Now it is well past time to invest in some major equipment and cleaning overhauls. I went in mid March and the wax service was down, the undercarriage clean seemed to have been broken out. Their signs are also extremely worn and faded. I'd love to have a local place I can rely on but I'll need to start shopping elsewhere if things don't change.
