They made it in a few days so I went back to pick it up. It looked terrible, nothing like the person at all. They said they would fix it. Went back a week or so later after they said it was fixed; they handed me the exact same one. After many visits to the mall and texts, it was finally decided to use a different photo. So I went back to them with a different photo and they did make a new one. It was okay...better...but not great. I settled for it but it was not what I was hoping for at all. To make maters worse, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. This ordeal wasn't over with until way after Christmas. Understand in advance that the person in your 3D crystal might come out looking nothing like your photo. I can't say I'd ever do this again.
