That said, it's pretty disorganized and takes FOREVER. This past time they started 30 minutes late, which is annoying since then we were late to our next activity. After the session, he said it would take 10 minutes which really was 10. Their phone was bringing and multiple vendors made deliveries and they always stopped to deal with that. Even when he was showing me my photos he stopped to interrupt the people next to us and ultimately get up and walk away. Then he proceeded to try to upsell me as if he didn't just rudely walk away. The picture people closed so we went here again. Overall it took 2.5 hours to do what could have been done in 1 hour. They need someone to manage the place. Answer the phones so you can deal with the customers sitting there in front of them.
