I was told repeatedly that my project was "coming up on the schedule", but never given a new date. It got completed yesterday finally, 6 weeks after the promised date, but not without repeated attempts at communication with them about scheduling - unanswered voicemails, emails, and texts. In addition, I got multiple requests to pay the balance of the invoice before work was even started, despite the original agreement that the full amount wasn't due until completion. I then noticed a late fee tacked onto the invoice, despite the fact that the project hadn't even started. In the end, the work done was fine, but beware of their poor communication, and billing practices.
