The crew arrived and cut and removed 12 trees and failed to prune any limbs. They also modified parts of the yard so they could use a tracked Bobcat to remove waste to the roadway. When they finished on day 2, they failed to repair and reset the altered changes to the property, left a large amount of waste on site and failed to disclose damage to a brick wall in the front of the house. After several phone call, the owner finally returned and promised a cleanup. After 6 weeks, the cleanup team arrived, removed most of the waste, attempted to reset the damages from the Bobcat and again failed to repair or report the damaged courtyard wall to their boss. Placed a rock area next to the house but didn't bother to put the steel edging in and when they came back and inserted it it was a mess. It was not straight and went too far past the building. They set up initial watering as we had see, sod and beds. The drip was messed up from the beginning and I believe still has some issues. The Master Gardener could tell the lawn was a swamp. I had complained about it yet received no information regarding changing any watering schedule. At the very last communication he said the watering schedule is the customer's responsibility. I call BS. Not in the first 90 days when you tell me once setup we will tell you what we recommend for watering. Then it becomes the customer's responsibility. We had Benson out for the sod replacement and sprinkler review and they said they had checked all the irrigation. They did not adjust the controller (which was still running per their schedule - 5 days a week, twice a day, 30 minute for sprinklers and an hour for drip. I had complained several times about the swampiness of our backyard. These are not bad people. They want to do well for their customers and themselves. I would recommend they get a business coach to help them through this next phase of their business. At this stage I cannot recommend them. I did provide them with feedback.

IF YOU LIKE BEING GHOSTED THEN CALL THIS COMPANY! IF YOU…read moreEXPECT TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, YOU WON'T! In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

John was super busy the next day and I said no rush at all. I'm just glad he understood because I had cement work as well. He assured me he was the man I could count on. I then tried probably 5 x by phone or text without a reply. If you didn't want to do anything John, you should NOT have gaslighted me man. That is not cool. He cannot be trusted. I saw he was reading my texts and never answered me again. I told him my last text that I was glad he wasn't sick or in an accident. Nothing is worse that being gaslighted.
