I didn't get to taste the food or drinks but they did have a pretty wide diversity of options including the usual fair, pizza chicken fingers and more importantly alcohol for the adults but also lomo saltado and chicken and waffles. They luckily hold onto the bags while we explore the museum and this worked perfectly for us. In addition to the 4-5 floors and two buildings worth of area to explore, there are amazing view of Miami from most of the floors. Kids thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Florida gators and other reptiles. The aquarium has shark and a huge turtle in addition to several other varieties of sea life. Kids spent several hours in the flight museum and the interactive universe simulator model as well. We also caught one of the shows in the planetarium, make sure to reserve a spot during a time slot of your choice well before hand. Perfect stop if you have a few hours in Miami.

When I flipped it around I noticed MAJOR cracking on the bottom, as well as a ton of bubbles. As someone who's done ceramics (and consulted a few friends who've also done ceramics) this only happens because of improper glazing. I'm genuinely so upset. This was supposed to be a birthday present for myself. I tend to not blame people, because mistakes happen. But it seems the staff was either uncaring or not trained properly for the glazing/firing. What I don't understand is the company's policy of refusing to issue refunds when the experience never takes place. The only option offered was to reschedule. Even for someone who lives nearby, driving an hour to come back on another day, only to risk another weather cancellation doesn't seem like a reasonable solution. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk showed little interest in helping. Instead of trying to find a fair resolution or showing any empathy, they simply repeated the rescheduling policy. The customer service felt indifferent and unhelpful. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Since the activity was canceled by the business due to weather, I would have been satisfied with a refund. Instead, I left feeling like my time and money didn't matter. I would't recommend anyone, especially if you're visiting from out of town. If bad weather prevents the tour from happening, don't expect much flexibility or consideration. Stay way and look somewhere else.
