This caused great stress for the parents at our event and we had to follow up for the next few days to make sure none of the children were sick. Sophie blamed the serving girls provided by her (Apetite catering) despite the fact they had followed her instructions. No labelling or prior notification was given that the chicken was raw and needed to be cooked. The instructions given were that the chicken had already been pre-cooked and required heating only. Having raw chicken mixed with other cooked food was really disgraceful. As for the rest of the food it was just average. Food was tepid & salad soggy. They welcomed us and gave me and my american friends advice on what to do in Ireland for the weekend. They even ripped open two cake boxes to show us their beautiful creations and woo us. We bought an apple pie. And some tomato bread. To be quite honest, it was my first pie ever, and maybe I'm not a pie person but the apples were really not sweet but a bit sour.
