The party bus we got for our bridal party was amazing and very fun. Our group of 18 enjoyed every bit of it. My main issue was with the drop off. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so the roads weren't favorable. As we were approaching our reception site, instead of dropping us off as close to the venue as possible, our driver stopped on the side of the road and in front of a puddle. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen stepped in the puddle, and my wife's dress got dragged in it. Not to mention, we had to walk quite a distance in the rain to get to the reception. Keep in mind, there was security at the front gate available to guide us into the parking area closest to the entrance, but our driver didn't bother to ask me if we were able to enter the venue or look for staff members to guide us. He just parked and told us "sorry there's a puddle watch your step". It was very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to leave us that way, especially in the rain. This is where I found the reviews I read about this company to be intriguing enough for me to check them out for myself. It was a slight challenge in the beginning to locate the actual office since it's in a shared space however, once I was in the right place it was smooth sailing from there! I presented my vision and the team worked with me from day one to bring it to life.
