First of all, you need to know this is a motel, not a hotel. If you know that, then your expectations will be realistic. This is a basic, clean, simple motel. There are two sides to the motel. One side has two stories and the other side is one story. There is no elevator on the two-story side and all the rooms on both sides have outside doors. I was on the one-story side. I was a little taken aback when I saw my small room for the first time. It reminded me of the rooms when I traveled abroad. I used SnapTravel to book this room. The photos they posted were very flattering compared two what my room was actually like. It was a single room with a full-sized bed (not a queen-size). It was just me so that was fine. It's a simple room but it has what you need. There's a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a small TV with no premium channels, but still, plenty to watch. Everything worked just fine. My room did not have a closet. There was a place on the wall to hang a few things though, and there was an iron and small ironing board. See pic. There are plenty of electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. Also a handy reading light! The bathroom area was nice. It looked pretty modern. It was the best part of the room. There's just enough parking for everyone and it's on a slope. The spaces are fairly tight so a door ding is a possibility. Speaking of parking, the cars are parked just outside your room. The plus is you have a quick walk to and from your car, the downside is people endlessly idling their cars before they finally leave. Why do people have to idle their cars for so long before they leave? What a waste of fuel! The staff is really nice. It seems like a family-run business. There's no breakfast but they do provide two bottles of water and two Keurig pods to make coffee. They have WiFi but I didn't use it, so I can't comment on it. It was a clean, quiet room and at least $25 less per night than I could find at other hotels nearby such as Holiday Inn Express. If you just need a place to sleep and you'll be out and about most of the time, this place will do just fine.

This place is small over priced and it seem s that the owners comes and goes in your room when you are not there and leave a do not disturb sign on the door DONT EVER STAY HERE

Such nice customer service and at a great price! Newly painted, clean and roomy. They have a keurig, microwave, good size refrigerator, iron with board and bottled water in the room* free wifi. Better room than the most expensive "VIP room" local Motel 6 (who doesn't even offer wifi 2.99/day no coffee in room). I would be more than happy to visit this Inn again. Mellan, the attendant was so very kind and hospitable.

While setting up the foldout couch, I realized there were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows. After calling the front, it took housekeeping about an hour to bring them. Mind you, this was around 9:30pm when they arrived. The sheets were stained and the blanket had holes in it. So trashy! The shower knobs worked oddly and we had to call maintenance to come check it out. That staff member was so kind. Thankfully he came quickly. We heard every step the person above us took. Creaking floors throughout the late evening. The breakfast buffet on Friday was fantastic! Great eggs and sausage. Everything was stocked and clean. Saturday morning was such a disappointment. The eggs were overcooked and the sausage links were dry. They have premade breakfast sandwiches in the hot plates and they look so pathetic. Just overly hot and moist. Very unappealing. There is no flavored coffee creamer at the coffee and tea station which was disappointing. Stop purchasing premade breakfast sandwiches and put money towards the creamer.

Posting this because no one replied when I emailed the Guest Survey Manager about this situation…read more After nearly 2 months at this hotel, the general manager suddenly informed me that housekeeping cannot make my bed if belongings are on it. I said I understood and agreed that they could simply leave the bed alone if items were on it. I have a lot of belongings because of my extended stay, and most of what was on the bed consisted of normal sleeping items like pajamas and an eye mask. I also found the policy inconsistent, since housekeeping has moved items on my bed, the floor, and in the bathroom throughout my stay. A few days later, I removed everything from the bed before requesting housekeeping and fresh sheets. A different female front-desk employee repeatedly told me housekeeping couldn't make my bed, despite my explaining several times that I had already cleared it. She then claimed housekeeping had photographed my bed and couldn't service it. When I asked to see the photos, she couldn't provide them. I felt so uncomfortable having my belongings photographed without my permission. Her attitude made me feel as though I was being treated like I had committed some kind of offense simply by having belongings in my room. When I returned, only one of my two beds had been made. The pull-out bed had only pillows and blankets on it, with no personal belongings, yet it was left untouched. I contacted the front desk, and another employee said he would follow up with housekeeping. Today, I asked the housekeeping manager to service my room. The same housekeeper again refused to make my bed, complained to the manager in another language, and even blocked me from leaving through the elevator while asking the manager to lecture me. The manager witnessed this and did nothing. After multiple conversations with different staff, including the general manager, how is housekeeping still unaware that they can simply leave my bed alone if belongings are on it? The lack of internal communication and basic customer service is extremely frustrating. There are also serious communication issues. Most housekeepers don't speak English, and they once nearly walked in on me using the toilet because they couldn't understand my husband's warning not to enter. Staff working in hospitality should have basic communication skills, and front-desk employees should be trained to handle these situations respectfully. Also, there is construction across the street, so good luck sleeping in the morning if your room is near that side. The traffic is also very loud. To be fair, the hotel is mostly clean, the facilities are well maintained, and they have accommodated my extended stay. However, I've spent nearly $15,000 here over the past 2 months. The least I expect is basic decency and housekeeping service without being repeatedly berated. I do not plan to return once my stay is over.

This is how you know you're in an Asian neighborhood LOL. There's a wide array of breads and bagels which you can toast, as well as hot oatmeal, fruits, and vegan and gluten-free items. There's also cereal and milk and a waffle station which is great for both adults and kids! Parking is also complimentary which is rare at a hotel and there's ample parking. There's also Tesla charging stations which was convenient for two of my cousins who have Teslas. The location is great because it's right next to a plaza with different restaurants such as Chinese food, lobster and cajun shrimp boil, ramen, boba, etc. The restaurants close early though because we tried to do takeout at around 8pm and we got denied at all the restaurants because they were either closed or closing. There's also a Denny's that's a short walk that's open 24 hours. All in all, this is an excellent and affordable hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my toothbrush and needed feminine products and was able to get some from the front desk for free which is convenient since I didn't have to go out and buy some. With it being a pet friendly hotel, right away you know which rooms had animals because they reek of urine. The breakfast is subpar at best, 2 choices for hot breakfast like eggs and a protein then you have your typical oatmeal, waffle maker, and various breakfast breads. The dining area is very small and gets crowded fast and loud. To their credit, the staff I interacted with was very friendly. The first room I was in was directly across from their server room which was omitting a constant ringing which was louder in the room than the hallway. They were very understanding when I asked if I could be moved and there was no issue. The second room had the urine odor but it was on/off and I would only be in there sleeping really so I didn't bother changing again. The last day I was there, however, I woke up in the morning to use the bathroom and found a freaking COCKROACH on the floor! Still alive and squirming! So that was fun to see, at least i was checking out that morning so I skipped breakfast and bounced. Given that my client paid over $800 for 3 nights for me to stay here and to find a cockroach, this place is not worth that cost. Avoid staying here if you can.

Sounds more plausible than some conspiracy, yeah? If I get real picky with it, the rating would be more like a 4.5 due to the extremely loud toilet flushing (but a powerful flush means less chances of a clogged toilet so I will take it) and the low water pressure for the shower. Aside from being extremely clean and quiet, the room had a kitchenette and full size refrigerator and microwave, all for a very affordable price. I even love that there's this little makeup nook with a mirror so I can get ready while the bathroom is occupied.
