The store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside. So I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars. While the clothes were cute (what I saw of them), I experienced some the rudest fellow customers here that I've ever seen. Cut off when trying to enter the store....yep, do I look like the doorperson? Try to walk past...nope. Try to get a salesperson's attention to ask a question...nope. I give up.

I found a super cute top on sale but the dress I fell in love with was something I didn't want to spoil myself with right after Xmas. I mentioned to the stylist to call me if it ever went on sale as I was leaving. And Gia, the stylist, text me about an hour later saying they added it to the sale rack. Now THIS is customer service. Everything in the store is cute and fun, and there is a wide variety of items. Pieces you could easily use for business casual or something to stand out of the crowd. I will definitely be going back to this shop. Bonus: easy parking! They have a lot right in front of the store.

I found this store completely by accident, and while it is certainly old, eclectic, and filled with…read moreinteresting things, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The moment you walk in, the smell is overwhelming. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as underwhelming. The staff--and particularly the owner--made us feel as though we weren't welcome or somehow weren't "good enough" to shop there. We found the interactions unhelpful and, at times, downright rude. She does have some beautiful and unique pieces, but honestly, many of the same types of items can be found elsewhere, with a much more welcoming shopping experience. I would caution people not to let the store's social media presence create expectations that don't match the experience in person. We purchased several items, which were shipped to us so that we could pay a flat shipping fee rather than sales tax. Unfortunately, one of the items I received--a white jacket--was covered in makeup. I contacted the store as soon as I discovered it. I was told to try washing it with mild soap and water, despite the garment's label clearly stating "Dry Clean Only." There was no offer of an exchange or any other solution. I took the jacket to my dry cleaner, who has more than 30 years of experience. She refused to clean it because, in her professional opinion, the jacket would likely fall apart if it were dry cleaned. I contacted the owner again to explain the situation. Rather than addressing the problem, I was repeatedly told that I was "angry," even though I remained polite throughout the conversation and addressed her respectfully as Miss Yvonne. My grandchildren were sitting right beside me during the call, which made the repeated accusations particularly frustrating. I ultimately sent the jacket back. I was credited for the jacket itself, but not for the $15 I spent shipping it back. Lesson learned: I won't be returning. The store may have an interesting inventory, but for me, good customer service matters just as much as what is on the shelves. Unfortunately, my experience was that the online social media presence did not reflect the kindness or welcoming customer experience we received in person.
