I asked her when she could do it - even in the future - she would not give me a date. I asked her to refund a portion of the nearly $500 I paid her so I could get a touch up elsewhere as there is a rather large space with no micro blading on my right eyebrow. She said that it was non-refundable. I have asked numerous folks in the beauty industry if this is right - all seem to say she should either fix it or give me part of the money back. She will do neither. She doesn't take credit cards so you cannot dispute her failure to follow-through with your credit card company. She seems like a nice lady, but she apparently doesn't care much about my situation and likes keeping people's money despite not following through on her commitments.
