We had just had a deep clean a few weeks before, so nothing was even that bad; it just needed a refresh. Alla called right after the woman left and asked how everything was, and we told her she missed a bunch. At that point we only thought she missed our master bathroom... The woman came back, and we were to point out what she missed. However the woman spoke no English, and when we pointed to the very obviously dusty and not wiped areas she just kept saying, "tut tut tut" and shaking her head. Once or twice she did put a dry cloth to a toothpaste or water mark (which clearly did absolutely nothing). We realized we were getting nowhere, so we called Alla back to explain. She said she was very busy with her son's midweek wedding, but she would get in touch with us next week to "make it right." We sent lots of photos of the untouched and uncleanly areas, so that she could see evidence of what we were talking about, and she just kept saying she would fix it. It's been three weeks, and she's just started ignoring our calls and texts. Also Alla knew we were expecting to give birth the week after the cleaning. We had to bring the baby home to a dusty house. Not cool. I really wouldn't trust your house with this service. At this point we realize we have to cut our losses, and say goodbye to the money we spent, and get someone else.
