I read the reviews on yelp and I thought why not. I never had my eyebrows waxed but Danielle made sure that I would be taken care of. With an eyebrow wax and tint I have to say I will be coming back. She did an amazing job and I wish nothing but the best in her business.

I had been going to Danielle for about two years or so. I was looking to have my brows thicker and…read moreless arched, more straight and lifted. On numerous appointments especially early on I even showed her images of the brow shape I wanted. Fast forward months later and the price increasing numerous times (I think it went from $15 to $30?) (which I didn't mind because I was committed to having my brows be that shape and knew I needed a professional to do so), I complained for the first time in those two years that my brows weren't at the shape I had wanted them to be, in fact, they were progressively getting more arched and thinner, which I didn't want. I even showed her pictures of me from before when I started and how my brows were much more arched now. Even though I was very patient and this was the first time I had any criticism in those two years, she was very rude about it. In fact, she even said, "oh you were looking for that type of brow, I thought you meant something else". Again, I understand how she could forget despite me even showing her images of the brow shape I wanted, but it would've been nice if she could ask me to clarify at the beginning of my appointments if she was unsure. And knowing this, that she was doing a completely different shape on me than what I asked for this whole time, she still responded very rudely. I guess she was having a bad day that day idk, because she was dropping things a few times that day and was running late as well. However, it was still very rude to treat a customer like that over something that is very obviously an error on her part. I think she said something like, "maybe I'm not the one who can do this shape for you", which she could've told me months ago when I first came in. And I was showing her pictures to show her my eyebrows looked better before compared to now, and she was in denial. Like if you know you were doing something completely different than what the customer asked you, and the customer is saying "I'm not seeing the shape I asked for", for her to be so dismissive and rude about it makes no sense. Anyways, it just sucks I was wasting my money this entire time and driving 40 minutes to and from every appointment, as she was trying to make my eyebrows more arched instead of less arched lol.

The layout is just so perfect, there is a private section dedicated to various services such as tanning, facials, lash lift, microblading, styling, and washing. They have 2 spacious bathrooms which are soooo beautiful!!! The place gives you a relaxing zen kinda vibe, if that make sense. And guess what!!!! They have parking in the back! Now onto the most important piece: the service!!! So this place is a family owned small business that recently open by two talented sisters and a very cool mom by their side. One sister is an amazing hairstylist and the other is all things beauty. This is indeed the perfect trio! Alex is my stylist and I've been coming to her for over 2 years now and YES she is obviously that good that I followed her on this amazing journey of opening up her own place. Alex has such great energy and An amazing personality. I mean come on, if you're stylist isn't like your therapist you're going to the wrong places. My hair: Alex always take the time to consult with me and we discuss any crazy ideas I have in mind. She makes sure we are both on the same page as to what the outcome is. She simply listens and wants her clients to be happy. She is super attentive and detailed, which is a must for me. I will be posting pics of my journey with Alex. I'm just so happy I found someone who can give me the exact color I want without pushing crazy processes on me. Eyebrows: So I haven't done anything to eyebrows in the past 5-6 years, literally all I do is fill in some missing spots. Well today Samantha and I had a consult and she suggested a cleaning, shaping and tint to get me started. I'm sooo happy I did this, the difference on my eyebrows is incredible. Samantha is the sweetest and you can tell she's very detailed about her work. She takes her time and explains everything. I'm looking forward to getting ombré brows done with her. I honestly avoid doing my eyebrows because I have trust issues. Lol, but after seeing her work on Instagram, I knew I wanted to try her out. Her work is very natural looking which is great! I'm so happy that this placed opened with all beauty needs all in one place. When you come here you'll feel like you're hanging out with family and friends. I highly suggest you give this beauty bar a try! You'll thank me later!!! :-) SYOY

Firstly, Therese is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly discusses the product & process before she begins. She takes you by appointment only to ensure a job well done which makes for a very happy customer. There's no rush at all here. The environment is super welcoming and the music selection is relaxing and fantastic. She is a pleasure to talk to and she makes sure that you're completely satisfied before you leave. This is no corner store, crappy discount eyelash station. Everything about your experience is first class. Secondly, I've never had a spray tan so I was a bit curious as was my friend. She actually gave us a "sample " tan and it was awesome. Who knew a light spray tan would cover up my stretch marks? Skin out all summer? My girlfriend looked awesome for her birthday with her beautiful eyelash extensions and her tan was very natural looking. I'll definitely be returning

I randomly walked into Iris Salon, since the day the girl who usually colors my hair screwed me…read moreover as I rang her doorbell and was calling her on the day of my appointment, while not answering my call or the door.. How unprofessional!!! I was upset and needed my hair colored. I have bleach blonde hair and had to get my roots done with a double process. I came to Iris Salon, randomly looking for a place to go, and knowing the salon from driving by since it's in my neighborhood.. I was nicely greeted as I walked in. The salon was beautiful, all the stations spread out, nice and roomy and not all bunched together. Even though I was a walk-in they quickly paired me with a stylist that was about to be available in just a few minutes. I sat and waited on the couch in the waiting area. Everything looked so nice and clean. Jeannie came over to me and brought me over to her station. She was super friendly, asked me about my hair and color and how I've gotten it done in the past. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was going smoothly. I have a LOT of hair and it takes a LOT of time. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel right at home. Even when I was waiting under the dryer she kept coming over to check on me. She kept touching up my hair to make sure everything was going to come out perfect. She helped wash my hair, which I thought was cool, since some stylists don't like to get their hands wet. The whole experience was great!! I was very, very happy! Iris Salon was wonderful, Jeannie was wonderful, the girls who wash hair and assist were wonderful, super friendly, who I was talking to while I waited to get one more wash before I was done. I will definitively be returning to Iris for my next color. I absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new place to go! Good job ladies! You really won me over!! And thanks again Jeannie, you're terrific! Alicia
