Called and inquired about spray tanning, my daughter and niece tried it over the weekend. Medium Venetian tone and medium bronze tone. Both came out with a tan glow. Waited over 12 hours to wash off and it revealed a nice color. Although we need a better way to manage hands. It was the only obvious spot that was blotchy. I assume more lotion on the hands would protect that from happening. Overall knowledgeable and nice employees. Very clean! read more

Wow !! This place is amazing from the moment I called, Maryann was so sweet and answered all of my questions. She wasn't rushing me off the phone like other places . When I walked in, the place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! & clean !!! She walked me threw the store & showed me all beds and explained what each one did !! I've been tanning for years & never had anyone do that . Once I picked a bed she showed me how it worked and went over everything with me . I give this place 10/10 !!! Amazing customer service!! The beds are amazing too ! Some really great high-end beds I've never seen before, I can't wait to try them ! The prices were great ! I had an awful first experience here, but I deleted my review, because I don't feel like it's a super accurate representation of how I feel about Oasis tanning. Since that visit, I have had much better experiences with the other staff members and the beds themselves. Nicole, the owner, is incredible. She is very personable and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. She has been helping me to decide which beds to use and packages to get. Unfortunately, I only gave this place 4/5 stars, because out of 2/6 tans, I had to get dressed after putting on tanning lotion and laying in a bed because the whole one side of the face bulbs were out. Also, both times I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. I still like this place and recommend it to someone trying to tan and not spend a fortune. The most basic bed yields awesome results when it's working and it's a very reasonably priced package of you are a frequent tanner, as I am, in the winter. read more

The place was extremely busy when I arrived for my 6pm appointment I did wait for about 10 mins before I could use the bed I asked for and let me tell you it was one of the best spray tanning experiences an employee showed me how to use the machine(my first concern was a machine doing my spray tan) but it came out beautifully even and extremely tan. I had explained to staff members that I was getting the tanned days before my event because I was too busy to come the day before and while they told me it would faded quickly I took the risk and it's stayed! I have yellow undertones so this tan looks how I would if I was actually tan . The first day my face looked a different color so don't plan on going out that night but once I rinsed i got so many compliments on how even my tan was! All in all great experience. I can't say enough nice things about this place. I needed guidance, as my husband's 40th was the next day, and I didn't know anything about spray tans. I have had experiences at beach bum that left me VERY disappointed and looking terrible for important events- the staff at corporate tanning salons don't care and don't help. NOT the case here at Oasis. Nicole is so knowledgable and helpful and she actually seems to CARE about customers' happiness and results. She asked me questions about when my event was, the dress I was wearing & helped me make a decision about tan level, etc The Norvell booth was so simple to follow and left me with a beautiful glow right away. Been going here forever it seems. I always went to beach bum before oasis opened and I always got a snotty feel from any check person there. At oasis I walk in the owner knows you by name, greets you warmly! On top of it they have the same and better beds than beach bum. Love oasis !!! read more

Easy clean fast sun spray open booth. My only issue was not bending my knees and from my aging skin (63) I have stripes around my knees when I bend them. Guess knee wrinkling and spray tans are at odds with each other. Ill be back and maybe the staff can made a suggestion to eliminate this problem. Yeah, be 25 years old again. LoL read more

I have been going to this establishment since it opened a few years ago. Prior to that, I was a dedicated customer to their Babylon location... I have never had any issues up until this year... There were many new faces of employees who do not seem to care about customer satisfaction and it is just a "job" to them....My past few visits in their Ultra Bronze bed have been disappointing.. The bulbs have been burnt out on many occasions causing an uneven tan... The worst part is that I told the staff and they were never replaced.. How do I know this? Because I went a few days in a row and they were still out... After that, I would become frustrated and stop going... Eventually, a few months later I would return and again bulbs were burnt out in a different areas of the bed... Again I told staff and nothing.. I recently went in and finally requested a free tan (which is not something I would normally do since I do not believe in complaining for free stuff) and I was told a note would be left for the mgr... I said i would be back on that Friday to speak with her directly as well since I wanted to tan on last time before I attending a wedding that weekend ...Unfortunately, life got in the way and I was unable to get there... But still not a call, nothing... I know the girl I spoke with that night took down my name, information, and dates I had tanned with broken bulbs... She even commented on my longevity of being a dedicated customer of theirs... So much for customer service or appreciation... Like I said this place was once a diamond in the rough and now it just seems to be some burnt out coal....I am unsure if I will return to this place unless I I have limited time since it is nearby or unless they make good on the wasted money I spent... Keep in mind I purchase a 6 session package on the most expensive bed they have each time i exhaust my tans...Huge waste of money if I am tanning with burnt out bulbs... Recommendation would be to find another place that has better customer service and a place that services their machines routinely!!! read more
