Ordered specialty signs for corporate meetings when I arrived to pick up the order the signs were wrong. Never left parking lot and returned to tell them we had an issue. Door was locked, lights out. Called on Monday and a disgusted salesman (Jim) told me to bring them back. Upon arrival Jim assured me they held no responsibility as I had signed the order. Invoice and order detail was correct, signs wrong. Fault=mine. No apology, no offer to split the additional materials cost. Just an explanation of how they recreated a previous order.... and three people in his shop had reviewed the order before I saw it...the blame remains mine. I signed the order. I agree to share the blame, but not ALL of it. If your looking for customer service... look elsewhere. I know I will. read more

Completely AWESOME experience from start to finish. So very pleasant and helpful. They can even do really large signs that others cannot. It was all so easy, I did everything through phone and email. They went over options and told me straight up... I'll tell you what, I sure didn't get my sign by tomorrow. I never even got it! Apparently, my work order was "dispatched" to another store and that's why my order was not fulfilled at this location. Even if that was true, no one from the other store called me and I kept having to call them to figure out what was up. After a week long tracking with them, the office manager finally sent me an estimate and the fees were ridiculous, not to mention now I was being charge to rush order when I have emails to prove that they messed up! While others receive great experiences, I certainly did not. The other place did a better job, design and was wayyy less. Oh and I got it the next day with them, hours before my show. Not sure what tomorrow they are talking about. Sent in a request for a banner for a party on Wednesday. Thursday I call and see if they got it. I was told they did and would have a salesman get me a price right away. Friday I get a email saying they would be closed Monday for Labor Day. Friday I call and was told the sales Dept was off and they couldn't do anything. It's now Saturday and no response form signs by tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow they will get us a price. As a Realtor I have a lot on my plate. When a listing came up unexpectedly and I had no signs to spare I was in a panic. Did I mention it was 4pm Thursday, and they wanted the home on the Market ASAP? SBT is open M-F. Well, I called Signs by Tomorrow and got in just before closing Thursday(4:50pm, Sorry guys). Though I would not recommend that, and I know I added a great deal more pressure to SBT, they handled the order with a cool sense of urgency. Very easy to deal with, competitive pricing!

We first contacted Signs By Tomorrow on May 12, 2014. Our job was not complicated. We needed a decal with our logo and phone number for the front door of our business. We supplied the graphic art. I do not know what caused the delay, but I kept having to call them, and basically hound them each step of the way. Our project was not complete until today, June 6, 2014.
