*****BE WARNED******…read more We started our journey into torture with Vehicle Wraps in July of 2021. We initially contacted them for removal and replacement of vinyl decals for our class A Motorhome. The communication from the beginning should have been a clear sign of the trouble ahead, however, based on some of the 5 star reviews we read here, we proceeded to do business with Burt and his team. It took 2 months to get a design ironed out, that was after all of the excuses and delays from Vehicle Wraps as to why weeks went by with no update on design and project timelines. While our intent was to only remove and replace the existing vinyl, it was at the recommendation of Vehicle Wraps, we opt for a full wrap of our motorhome. With Vehicle Wraps being the professionals we followed that recommendation. Before we get to the breakdown it is important to state, our motorhome was in mint condition prior to leaving it in the hands of Vehicle Wraps. However, that is not the state we received it back in. We dropped our motorhome off to have a full vinyl wrap installed September of 2021. Throughout the time the wrap was being installed we were sent a few pictures to give a glimpse of how things were going. We admit our excitement was high. After approx. 2 weeks, we got the call to come and pick up our newly wrapped motorhome. NOTE* A rookie mistake we made by paying for the wrap in full prior to inspecting the workmanship. We put our trust that our motorhome was being left with professionals. We trusted that this company had not only our best interest at heart, but stood on integrity and high standards. We quickly learned that was not the case. The final product that was presented to us was anything but quality. Here is a breakdown of what we were presented with: -Existing vinyl was not removed as originally request -The wrap was incomplete in most sections -Bubbles were seen and noted on most sections of the wrap -Visible Cut marks seen throughout the wrap -Patches where the wrap was either short or uneven -Wrap was lifted in various location including storage doors and around windows. -2X spray cans were used to paint back and front caps (Not Automotive paint) -Clearance lights were damaged -Side Camera damaged and no longer working -Missing components from rear lights -Roof had been painted with the same 2x spray cans used on caps (roof per contract was not to be touched) -Overspray covered outer components such as awnings, vent covers, gutter rails and more. We immediately expressed our concerns and disappointment with the project manager and shop manager. Shortly there after, the owner, Burt, came out only to insult our motorhome with its age and disregarded us completely. He offered no resolution and simply walked back into the office. He left us standing with our motorhome in disarray. The shop manager stated he would personally resolve our issues and to give them another week. Fast forward 3 weeks later, our motorhome was still in the same condition as it was when we went to pick it up. None of our concerns were addressed and our calls were being ignored. We arranged for 3 meetings with Burt and his team to resolve the concerns we had around the workmanship of the wrap and the damages from the paint etc. After multiple attempts to work within the Vehicle Wraps team and nothing being done to resolve the matter, we finally had to remove out motorhome from their possession in order to seek additional assistance with resolving these matters. In short, it has taken a year to get our motorhome fixed and back to a usable condition. We had to take legal action to recoup a fraction of the costs sustained. Our loss from this business transaction have been devastating to our family. Vehicle Wraps at no time was willing to take responsibility in resolving the damage they caused to our motorhome. A great deal of hardship and stress was thrown upon us with complete disregard from the owner and his staff. We write this review as a fair WARNING to anyone considering using this company for their personal belongings or business. They do not stand behind their quality of work. They lack the appropriate insurance coverage to back any loss or damage they create. We expect the owner in true fashion will place blame back on the customer as some how their work is the customers fault. You will notice this to be the case of each 1 star review. We are providing a few pictures of the 100's we have.
