As luck will have it, I had to drop off an Amazon return at this particular location...and even from its tight parking situation, I knew it was going to be bad. Once near the door, noticed there were maybe 8-9 people in line, with no social distancing either. People were basically standing inches away from each other. I made an effort to create a 6-foot distance, but that soon failed as the person behind me decided to inch closer and closer. At least the customers were wearing masks. *SIGH* Then, I noticed that one of the two females working the counter had NO mask on. HUH?? This heavy set, dirty blonde with some camo jacket just went about talking to the customers without a mask...and here we were, in a small, unruly looking UPS store, filled with people. WTF?!? Soon after I left, I actually called the store to talk to a Supervisor...and she flatly, unapologetically said that this female had a health issue. Basically, she was fine letting her work there in the open, in a customer-facing job without a mask. O-KAY. So, since this clerk had a "health issue", she's free to risk OTHERS' health?!? Just WOW. How does this ridiculous, lopsided philosophy make any sense?!? Again, WOW. Just beyond selfish and stupid. (BTW, if one legitimately has a health issue, he/she should be able to wear the VISOR Mask at the very least. If not willing to do that, that basically tells me they are LYING) This Supervisor basically stood up for her "unhealthy", selfish employee, and even went on to proudly declare that she's not bounded to wear mask or something to that sort...to which, I just basically hung up. I mean, what's the point?? UN****ingbelievable!!! All I know is this... I will NEVER go back to this UPS location.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Our welcome mat pushed against the packages to keep them from blowing away I guess? No other explanation for this mess.

Today was my second experience at this store. Back in May, I went here to use their 'shipstix'…read moreservice to send golf clubs to Manchester, NH. It was a good experience, a few bumps but nothing major. Today, I needed to get some art prints enlarged so they would be suitable for framing. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Tyrone who introduced himself as the Manager and indicated his colleague Maria as new and was in training. I said that's fine and waited patiently for about 15 minutes while the two people in the store were being assisted. After about 20 minutes a lady with her hair wrapped up in a colored piece of cloth walked in and put her box down on the counter while she talked on the phone. Then she started talking to the Manager. I looked right at her and said 'excuse me, there are others that are waiting in line'. She got mouthy and said something like well you can just leave and go to another store. I said to her 'There are rude people who always think their time is more valuable than everyone else' and I walked out. The Manager came out to my vehicle and apologized and I told him I had to run another errand and I would be back. I returned in about 45 minute and the problem was gone and I proceeded to have Tyrone assist me. He as knowledgable, professional and helpful. He apologized for the rudeness of the customer. I told him, he didn't need to do that but I appreciated him for coming out to my vehicle to speak to me. I told him, I have encountered rude people many times before and most of the time I let it go but my New Years resolution is to 'call out rudeness' Name it as such and indicated it's not acceptable behavior, I don't care who you are or where you come from. Believe me people, if you allow rudeness and unacceptable behavior to continue common courtesy and civility will disappear. Thanks Tyrone, you turned what started out as a bad experience to a five star review.

When she arrived, the store had a hard time locating it, which really stressed her out. I resent the print job by email and they printed it right away and brought it out to her car. Special shout out to Tyrone. Not only did he deliver the order to her car, but when her car wouldn't start he jumped it for her. We worry about our elderly parents, and moments like this remind us how much it means to have someone kind and capable step in. Tyrone truly saved the day. Tyrone, our family is grateful for your patience and your generosity.

There was one young man and he knew where everything was. Very helpful. I found the one item, but had to ask him again, but he was with a customer and I had to wait. When he told me where the second item was located, I asked him why the signs did not reflect the correct location. He said that they had just finished a massive relocation and had yet to change the signage! I laughed. How funny and how busy that young man was all day until they got around to fix the signage. When I asked whether it was truly brand new, I was simply told "yes" with no effort to address my concern. As a general manager, I would expect him to take the initiative to bring out the best-looking, fully sealed box--especially when other unopened boxes were available in the back. If a customer expresses hesitation about an open box, it should be common sense to resolve that concern immediately. Instead, I felt dismissed. This experience alone made me decide not to purchase the chair or have it assembled by the store. When a customer is investing their hard-earned money, attentiveness and professionalism matter, and unfortunately, that was missing here.
