I moved into a new office in Dover. It had this tore up sign out front, and we needed a new one. After going back and forth with our property manager on this, I finally contacted Signs by Tomorrow to have them come out and give a quote on the job. They set an appointment with me, and Becky came out to do the quote. I'm not from Delaware, but have lived her enough to be familiar, and JADED, about the way business is done here. Luckily, Becky wasn't like this. She arrived ON TIME, and was super helpful explaining how it works to get a sign made in this town. (You need a permit? Go figure.... Is Chris Christie the Governor here too?) She submitted a super fair quote, and she followed up on it, and was super prompt in responding to my emails, etc. I really appreciate the service Signs by Tomorrow gave me and will give them all of my business in the future! read more

Not a good experience. When I initially went into the store they were having a team meeting on the show room floor. They charged me a deposit of $35 to create boat numbers and the name Gabriel. After a week waiting for a quote I decided to call and the guy must of forgotten and had to send it over the next day. The final price was $95+35 deposit. I went to village graphics in Camden and got everything in two days for way way less and no deposit required. Since I didn't want to lose my deposit I asked for them continue the boat lettering. They charged me $50 for boat numbers which was way too much.Insane over priced and they moved without telling anyone. Now they are new Rodney village. read more

Ordered invitations for our holiday event.Proof came though with an error. Corrected proof and it was ok'd . Invitation was printed and delivered with same error as proof. No time for redo.Person we dealt with accepted full responsibility and said would talk to boss about some compensation for error. Never got back to us. We called at least 4 times and each time we were told boss did not get back to him. I asked to talk to boss and he called back saying a small check would be sent to us for error. Never came. Continued to call back and continued to be put off. Were finally told check ( very small ..1/4 of cost of incorrect invitations) would be mailed Monday. Ten days later nothing. I called to talk to boss and was told she'd call back..never did. Finally I called and threatened to call regional director of franchise and got my tiny compensation the next day. Boss never had the common courtesy to return my calls. I would never deal with company..not because of the error but because of the lack of customer service! read more
