In order to make use of a…read moreunique ActiveCampaign functionality I needed, I *had* to use the official ActiveCampaign forms (instead of another opt-in forms plugin). The first problem was how ugly the default AC forms were. The second problem was how ill equipped I am to handle the custom coding required to make them look good. The third problem was getting the newly designed form to display perfectly across all devices/screen sizes. I found Viktor in a Facebook group we're both in and after a little back and forth, I decided to ask if he'd be willing to take the job. In just a couple of days he had the form looking spot on and had it implemented on my Wordpress install (using the builder and plugins I was already using). He was patient with my rambling questions and thoughts, and quickly made a few revisions when I asked. Now it works like a charm. He not only provided me with all the code and instructions I needed, but I offered him access to my site and he plugged everything in for me and made sure it worked. Just what I needed! One last thing: the price was very fair. He's now at the top of my list when I'm looking for someone to help me solve these kinds of problems. I'm already working on another request. :) UPDATE: I just reached out to Viktor to ask for his help with something new that has my wife and I stumped. We are very close to launching a new project, but the tech side continues to throw wrenches in the works. These things have been frustrating for us but no problem for Viktor. I hesitate to say this next part because I don't want people trying to take advantage of Viktor, but since I have seen others post similar things I will add it. Viktor has been extremely generous with his time, providing free advice and settings adjustments, etc. that I was more than willing to pay for. Frankly, if he had a "tip jar" somewhere, I would be sending him money when he refuses to invoice me. LOL!
