My other half was pretty disappointed, but was more patient than I would have been. Me and my girlfriend have never had an issue with this driver, so I tend to believe him. He's also pretty young. Whatever is going on, it needs to be fixed. Notifications don't make sense half the time either, coming the UPS store, or deliveries. It's never accurate.

Finally closer to closing, I just called to see if my documents were ready and indeed they were. Thought the quicker turn around fee wasn't much, it's still the principle that my documents weren't ready when I made note of them to be.
