I was…read morelucky enough to have found Secure Data Computer Solutions on Angie's list and when I called them David Green answered the phone. I started to tell him about my issues and immediately he just started telling me what the problems could be and offering solutions, although I really wanted to bring it to him to fix it. I asked if I could bring it over and without hesitation he said yes. I immediately left for his office and when I got there he stopped what he was doing to work on my computer. He figured out why it wasn't booting up, then he figured out what was making a ticking sound and repaired it, then fixed a popup error message that always popped up every time I shut down the computer. Then he changed a lot of programs from automatically initializing at start up which caused it to take forever to start up. After just 1 hour my computer now starts up faster, no more clicking noise, and no more annoying popup when I shut down. Awesome service!

I took our non profit organization paperwork in to have our taxes done. It was July when the…read morepaperwork was given now in mid September and taxes arent done yet! Every time I called i was given the run around being told shes not in the office and that i was going to get a call back. I never did receive that call and all o wanted to know was an update of what was going on. They were very rude and had attitude once they spoke to another board member of my organization and us to pick up our paperwork and they havent done anything yet. Wasted 2 months and could have had our taxes done someplace else with more respect. Will NEVER go there again or even suggest it to anyone.
