I had such a positive experience with Design Majesty. At first I just hired them to create my business logo, and thought they were extremely responsive and took my vision and turned it into a reality. They then offered to build my website, and I was a bit skeptical at first, but took the leap and I am really glad I did! The website is fantastic, the visuals, colors, the basic structure and easy to navigate. It is a team effort though, we had a lot of edits and updates to make it perfect, but in the end, it has turned our fantastic. I went ahead and purchased a plan for a logo. The representative I spoke to put me in contact with the designer Solomon Dean. Days later he sent me three designs that I could have made using Canva. I let them know that I wanted to see more designs as my plan included unlimited. After 4 days I received one design. I emailed the representative Harris Reed with all my concerns and he never got back to me. I informed both the representative and designer I was not satisfied with the service as it was very delayed and the designs were basic. I let them know I was moving forward with the cancellation as their website states money back guaranteed if you're not satisfied. Even then days later I received more designs which I never opened because I had put a dispute with my credit card. When the credit card company reached out to them they lied and said service was provided. Which is false since I nerve approved any design and let both Solomon and Reed know I was dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism. I am still disputing this with my credit card. Probably the worst company I have ever worked with. At first I worked with Solomon Dean who was great. He helped me with a few things, but then I was handed over to a guy named Robert Jones project manager who was absolutely worthless. When I tell you this man had the intelligence of a rock that's a lot. He refused to follow basic directions and built me an absolutely worthless website. I think the company is a complete scam. I also now wonder if Solomon was real or if he was AI because he was kind and easy to work with, but once I got this Robert Jones weirdo it was a nightmare. I paid over $300 for a service in July 2024. The rep I worked with had some sort of personal emergency. I fell through the cracks as no one followed up. Contacted the company, spoke with another gentleman who said he would help! I requested a refund. I was told management did not approve that. Don't ever use DESIGN MAGESTY Company is a waste of time started with a logo didn't worry work out until we actually made a phone call the texting and emailing is worthless took them forever ordered some tags and some stickers said I would have them in a week every week was another story "I'm in a meeting can I call you back"? Never receive a call back, "I'm taking a cigarette break. I'll call you in a little while". No phone call back this went on and on for weeks. Every time I spoke to them there was another story and it would be next week after about a month of lies and bullshit I realize nothing was ever coming. so I reported to the federal trade commission for fraud. Just started my project a few days ago, and i'm so sorry i did not vet this company before giving them my money. I'm usually very careful and check reviews. They send me custom beautiful logos as samples befor ei began my project, and so i moved forward with my project. They sent me seven different versions of the same idea from a stock logo. I agreed to have them start over but have not received anything new today and was promised. I asked for a refund and I will see if they will honor their refund policy. If I could give 0 stars , I would. From the beginning this company had lack of communication. I paid for the deluxe package and they never designed anything for me. They made very basic designs and I had to come up with a design on my own. I then ordered 700 business cards and they sent me the cards with a misspelled word. Now I have reached back out several times and they block my number or leave the chat. Very unprofessional! Not happy about it. If you can take the time to find someone else then you 100% should not get into business with this company. Careless! read more
