    Unfortunate because I have been a customer here for like 8 years…read more Their website is just broken. In the last 2 months I haven't been able to place a single order. They've locked my account for "too many clicks" gee, clicking products to add to your cart is a nono I guess? - had to call to get that fixed. The store themselves canceled an order without my knowledge due to a drink flavor not in stock, which is just poor customer service. I used reward points and codes, which are now stolen and gone from my account. The store should have called me to let me know a flavor was out of stock and asked if I wanted a different one, and subbed it out. That's what good customer service does and should do. Instead I had to sit on a $120 pending charge on my card for a week, and lost my rewards from my account. I love when I called and the dude told me "well store policy says we don't have to call customers." Lol okay buddy, well good customer service skills says you SHOULD. I then got a "digital gift card" for all my issues from their customer service, yet I have nowhere to enter this card info when placing an order, so it's useless. Lol. Now their website doesn't even let me log in, it just spins and spins and spins, and nothing happens. So once again I cannot even log in. Their website is completely broken, and their customer service is lack-there-of. After 2 months with 0 orders being able to be placed and missing out on sales of items I wanted... I'm done. Moving on. Going elsewhere. MAYBE OFFER SALES IN STORE VS ONLINE ONLY BECAUSE CLEARLY YOUR COMPANY IS INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A WEBSITE.

The new…read morestore layout is open and inviting with the cash registers in a small island in the middle of the room. Near the front doors is a Kombucha "soda fountain" type of a station. Help yourself to free samples so you can choose the flavors that you like best. Then fill up either a small bottle or large jug of Kombucha. Bring back your cleaned out bottle or jug and receive a discount on the refills. Kind helpful employees are very knowledgeable and never overbearing. Making this a pleasant place to shop.

    I wish there was a zero star option. This store deserves zero stars. Actually this company deserves…read morezero stars. This company has no morals and is unethical to the max. I have been working for this company for about 3 months. I ended up leaving the job on the spot because all of the managers really enjoyed harassing me!! It got so bad to the point where it was consistently unbearable. This is not a playground for kids, this is a job! I would not recommend working here or even shopping here. Everything is at least $5 more than Amazon. And save your time by not associating yourself with rude employees. All they do is harass co-workers enjoyably, blame you for everything, lie to you, and not explain certain things properly and call you unintelligent even though they do not explain it at all!! I called HR three weeks ago... they didn't do anything. And why hasn't HR gotten back to me? No one does their job here properly. The District Manager Jake does not care about anything just his money. Not even so to save an employee that works for their company. By the way, they started me off $2.00 more per hour, while a worker who was here for over a year gets $2.00 less an hour. This company lacks every moral. I've worked at a few retail places as a manager, and I have to admit that this is the worst company to work for. No one cares, they just want to suck off your money. Try Amazon it's $5-$10 cheaper, and you don't have to drive to the Vitamin Shoppe. This company just only cares about your money, they don't care about people or people's healths. They want you to make them the most money, so we all can get our commission checks and so they can get a bigger one! :) I advise you to stay away from this place especially for a job option, unless you like to be stressed out 24/7 and harassed. The assistant manager Carmella likes to value herself rather than customers and co workers. I get asked to complete extra tasks, while Carmella just stands there at the cash wrap. Sometimes i felt like a dog on how she treated me. She made me run around the store. She gave me a lot of tasks at once, and I do not see her attempting to complete them as well. And she made customers wait so she can check herself out. I can not believe that the store manager sees this and says nothing. This store is toxic everywhere around it. And I am pretty sure you don't want to work in it. The people that run that store do not deserve their jobs just because of how they treat others especially co workers. I forgot to mention that the shipment gets left out in the sun for days sometimes a week (which is disgusting) Refrigerated Probiotics are left out in the sun... for a week!!! Customers purchase that, and I am the one running the shipment and completing it by myself most of the times because I do not want customers to buy product that is left in the sun for a week. I just do not understand how I did everything in that store, and I was doing everyone's work at some point without proper training (three months into the job) and still got under appreciated and harassed. One of the managers named Joe asked me how "my poop went." Why would you even say that to someone especially a co- worker. I feel like the Crystal Lake location needs a proper management staff that actually cares about their jobs, co-workers, and customers. And who aren't rude! And thank you Jacob Dodge for the free money on the return! You did not even ask what we were doing and automatically assumed that i'm returning everything even though I picked things off the shelf.
