    We called Signature propane co to get an estimate on installing a new propane gas connection and were given an estimate of approximately $300. They sent Jordon out who had no parts on his truck on round 1. Then he came out and was at the house for about an hour. We notice a propane smell and put soapy water at the site of work performed and it was leaking. We called the company and asked for it to be checked and repaired. They sent Jordon back out and 2 parts were needed a sweep and connector. It claimed he checked his work and there were no leaks. He went to our neighbor and he also had a leak on his work. We called the company and spoke with Marissa who is extremely rude and condescending. Jordon came out with Mike to check our house and then Marks house. Our house was fine and fixed. Our neighbor was not so lucky they refused to fixed the job so we had another propane company out who did all the repairs correctly. Mark was given his money back from Signature Propane and they stuck it to us. Our quote was $300 our bill was $1101.18. We never got an itemized bill and our Invoice states it 30 days late but never received an invoice prior to this one. We called the company, Marissa was rude and stated our policy is not to give an itemized bill until paid. However, our neighbor got one. I said how could our bill be $1101.18 for 2 hours of work at our house plus 2 parts. She said they charge drive time to Swansburo area . I asked how much- we were told $75. So, I said how could this bill be $1101.18. I asked for a breakdown emailed to our email. She refused and rudely hung up on us. Do not use the company. Both Jordon and Marissa are willing to g to lie. Also- when they quote a propane gas price you bill will reflect a much higher amount. We switched to Campo and our neighbor Ferrell gas. Customer beware of Signature Propane.

Service is been reasonable but my experience today has been extremely disappointing. We are on a will-call service basis, which means I need to check the propane tank routinely. Apparently I've been busy, forgot, and let the tank nearly run out. When I found that I had no hot water this morning, I went out to check the gauge and found that the propane level was nearly at rock bottom. Seeing an impending crisis with the weekend looming, I called AmeriGas. I was informed that a truck could come to my house within five days to a week. WHAT???? I was also informed that I could receive "expedited" service - which meant that the truck would arrive on next Tuesday. Today is Friday. This means that we'll have a minimum of three days without being able to use the stove or to have hot water other than what I heat up in my electric teapot. Did I mention that the "expedited" service will cost an extra $150? Granted, it's a first world problem, and in another life I could be a Syrian refugee. I also acknowledge that I bear responsibility for letting the tank get so low, but geez..... I have attempted to get us on "auto fill" service for some time and have apparently been unsuccessful. What particularly bothers me is that the customer service rep appeared to be completely unsympathetic. Suffice to say, I'm glad that at our newly remodeled home we have Kamps propane instead of AmeriGas.

They are THAT BAD. I just went through another one of their preventable mistakes that has me spitting mad. When I think of Ferrellgas now, I think of FerrellFailure instead. Ferrellgas, from the very start, has treated me horribly. I have been left for days without propane, in the dead of winter without heat because the 24 hour line at Ferrellgas doesn't work. All calls are routed to their national call center. The people there do NOT follow through on promises when you call in. People at Ferrellgas are NOT accountable. So trying to get help from them is a case of near futility. My last go around with them sealed the deal. Three weeks of trying to get my tank filled because of a preventable mistake at their end. I'm on the hunt to escape from their clutches and find a new outfit with actual people working there. I literally despise that company now. I have had one dispute after another with the Ferrellgas corporate office over mistakes made by their personnel. I have been talked down to, or talked AT by their Facebook reps who are well versed in Corporate-Speak and refuse to TALK with customers as people. Customer service is the LAST thing Ferrellgas is about. Period. It's more about running roughshod right over people, and treating them as an afterthought. Their CEO has been in the business far too long and lost touch with reality long ago. Propane is a FAMILY business that is based on caring. Once a Corporate monolith takes over, this is the kind of thing that happens. It looks to me like the upper tier doesn't give a damn and this has flowed down the line to the rest of the work face. At this point, I'm finished. Stay away from this company at ALL costs, and save yourself heartache!!!! I'm currently looking for a family owned company that has ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS working for it.     Horrible customer service... we thought we had a leak, turns out the tank was just super low (which…read morewas filled a few months ago). Tank is huge, no way we went through it all. We have a special needs child in the house and when we asked if it could be expedited, Ruben was super rude to my mom and instead of saying they were doing all they could he told her that she could say whatever she wanted and nothing could be done to expedite. We understand this was our mistake, however, we were still in a predicament. If I was rude to my customers, I wouldnt have a business.
