He took the time to explain everything to me about my new washing machine and exactly how it works. We talked and shared a few laughs during the time he was in my unit. He always greets me with a big smile and a hearty how are you today Miss Young every time he sees me in the hallway. If you ever have an opportunity to engage him in conversation it will be your absolute pleasure to do so. I'd like to also make mention of Miss Nina Simon, Miss​ Daniela and Deandrey our leasing specialist. The three of them always have a great smile and generous conversation whenever I stop through the leasing center to grab a snack or a dress any of my concerns. The price was pretty comparable to others, but others only wanted an hourly rate. I was not sure on how long three people would take, but I knew I wanted it done quickly to move on with my life. If they have a cleaning service too, I would have gladly taken that. They gave me a video call and gave me a solid quote. I was happy in the end. They moved everything as I wanted and made sure my furniture and TVs were in good shape. I appreciate the service. I hope to work with them again.

After a bit of an effort as the property manager of a property in DC, I was contacted by our…read moreaccount manager Mike Cappe who to my surprise came to my property to meet me and to address the concerns I had. Mike went WAY above and beyond customer service when I told him that the previous manager had left no key to the roof top stairwell door that would allow access to the elevator machine room. Although I do not make a habit of accessing this room, I nonetheless had no management box key that allowed entry to the roof overall and when Mike heard this he went up to retrieve the rooftop door key from the Advanced Elevator lockbox went to the local hardware store and made me copies. Not only with this amazing level of customer service, he connected in a way that gives me total confidence that he is partnered with me to maintain the building elevator and provides a bridge between our regular service technician and the corporate office. If the strength of a company is as we all believe the strength of their field staff, than Advanced Elevator is a silver bullet company. Cannot say enough good about Mike and because of him I look forward to working with Advanced Elevator. Strongly recommend.

As this was unavoidable, I got on the hunt for a reputable, highly recommended moving company. And I was super duper happy to find A Few Good College Men. Their communication was great, the charges were clearly laid out, they arrived on time, and most importantly took the utmost care with my belongs and furniture. Clearly they have been in the business for a while, because the truck was loaded so intricately and with a lot of care. We had two stops - the first to drop off stuff to the house and the next to the storage unit. With both stops - I was really impressed with the professionalism. All in all, my husband and I both agree that they were excellent value for money; and I really felt peace of mind throughout the moving process! And that's saying a lot!! 10/10 would recommend and I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer future moves!!
