Arrives on time--super nice guy--and within a few minutes tells me it's nothing mechanical--one of the doors is out of plumb & asks for some sand paper. Voila! The elevator works! Wow. Everyone in our complex has an elevator & I'm officially recommending them to *everyone*. These guys are the *best*!!

When Dad wanted to buy it they were very eager to communicate and now that we are all grieving we can't get anyone on the phone or answering emails. The majority of team members have been with the building for years and from the front desk team (Freddie, Caroline, Elizabeth, Ruth) to the leasing office (Jessica, Davida, Johanna) to the maintenance duo (Nirso and Luis), you are in great hands. Any concerns/questions that may arise are addressed quickly and repairs are made quickly. The team really goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The location can't be beat - right at the bottom of Meridian hill and a short walk to 14th&U. The building itself is beautiful and unlike most newer DC apartments, it is not cheaply constructed. Units are thoughtfully laid out and the walls are thick. I had no issues with sound from neighbors through walls, from the resident above me, or from 16th street. While it may not have as many amenities as other DC buildings, the gym is fantastic and the lack of a rooftop is made up for it with unbelievable management and a community atmosphere amongst many residents. It is a building where you will know some of your neighbors...especially if you have a dog! I could not recommend Camden Roosevelt more than I do!
