Do not go to these crooks. We dropped off a winter coat off for cleaning and when we went back in to pick up (with our ticket), they insisted it was already picked up on Sept 5th when we were not even in town. We asked for proof of payment and for them to look up the ticket number itself but they just kept insisting we had picked it up on that date even when we told them we had proof we were out of town (airline ticket). The owner said we must have paid cash which we never do for just this reason - we want to have the paper trail! I can only surmise someone decided to walk off with it. Owner was extremely rude - don't even bother trying to have a logical conversation to resolve the issue - we will never go there again. All I could do was report to the better business bureau to see if they can help with some resolution! read more

I will never ever go their AGAIN..went over to Burlington right by the cleaners to purchase a suit.it was a Kenneth kole.pants&jacket,it was kinda wrinkled from being on the rack so we took it to SIGNATURE CLEANERS to get pressed since it was right by Burlington.We were informed it would take a few days to get done.Upon returnin to pick up our suit.The owner tries to give us the jacket to somebody elses suit with our pants.they werent even the same brand.stuff happens so we gave them a few more days to have the jacket turn up.when we returned they stil hadnt had the jacket and the owner insisted we jus take the wrong jacket&just wear it til they figured out whats up.we were furious&refused&was forced to give him more time.when we came back this time he was playin dumb like he knew nothing&was saying he WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE LOST JACKET.he finally tried to resolve the problem but 50$ for a 80$ jacket was no where near resolving the problem so we had to call EPD..took a whole 2 hours of wasted police time for him to only return 75 of the 80$ his business caused us to loose&to top it off he wanted to be paid for a suit he cleaned..AFTER HE LOST THE JACKET.we had to take a lost jus to end the TWO HOUR ARGUMENT OVER HIM REPLACING A JACKET HIS BUSINESS LOST..so he made us pay for pants being cleaned talking about hes loosing money after loosing our stuff.i was tired of wasting the coos time so i went ahead&was the bigger person..i paid for the pants even tho i shouldnt have.No owner should do customers like the owner of SIGNATURE CLEANERS DID US..if u loose somebody's stuff u hav to pay for it. read more

I have been taking my clothes here for the last 4 years. I brought 2 new slacks in to get hemmed, which is not out of the ordinary, I picked them up like I normally do, went to wear one and it was still too long so I tried the other and again too long. I took my pants back to have them redone and they charged me $12 not the full amount but why do I have to pay for their mistake?! Obviously I wanted to get my pants back so I paid but will never go there again and have told everyone I know not to go there as well horrible customer service to a 4 year customer! I would like to give NO stars to Signature Cleaners I have been a loyal customer for 7 years until now This weekend my teenage daughter took her prom dress in for an alteration. She asked upfront what the cost would be. The woman told her to try it on. The woman put a couple pins in the back where she planned to take it in. She then quoted my daughter $108!!! My daughter was shocked. The woman muttered something and then said $98. My daughter called me and I suggested she go someplace else. The woman at signature would not give her her dress back unless she paid $20. Of course she had to pay her , and the woman took the pins out and gave it back. I went in today to express my frustration at how she treated my daughter. She was rude to me and made excuses that she was very busy at the time. My daughter said no one was even in the store. She lied The point is .... I recommend not using this cleaner as the woman is not nice and doesn't care about keeping customers. She could have apologized for keeping a dress hostage !!! read more

After almost a year of using this cleaner every week, they lost my shirts. They tried to give me someone else's shirts but there was no way I was not going to take someone else's clothing. They did not offer an apology or anything to correct the mistake. They were actually argumentative. I left frustrated and at the time I thought I wouldn't see my clothing again. A few hours later, they called stating they located my clothes. The person who they mixed up my laundry with must have brought them back. They did not charge me for cleaning and explained the other person had a similar name. The issue was luckily resolved but I will not use them again. read more

This could possibly be the worst cleaners on Earth. They lost my black sweater twice and then tried giving me someone elses clothes. I got no apology the guy hardly speaks English. read more

Like most of the other reviewers, I have been using signature cleaners for many years. I took a shirt in to be cleaned and they took it as usual. After I returned home, the next day my wife noticed that the wrong name and phone number was on the ticket that she gave me. Not a big deal I thought, I'll just go back the next day and alert them to the error and as long as the people on the account it was out on didn't come and pick up an order, I shouldn't have a problem. Nothing could be further from the truth. When they guy, who later identified himself as the owner , looked up the ticket, he said it had been voided. I asked him what that meant. He said that the shirt was given back and they didn't clean it. I told him that the shirt was mine And I didn't pick it up, in fact I have the receipt that they give out when they take it. He said they didn't have it and he has no intention of paying me for a new one. Like the other reviewers, he began to get aggravated with me and at one point told me to "shut up". I know what my civil remedies are and will probably pursue them but wanted to give other people the heads up so they know what they might be getting into. read more

I've never had a problem in 3 years. They always have my clothes ready when expected and their prices are in line with other dry cleaners.
