They are easy to work with and flexible. Prices are decent and in line with the rest of the printers in the area. They have a full menu of standard and even special services. They also seem very customer-driven. I know we've gone in there a few times right after closing time and they've always been very gracious and gotten stuff done, though we were the ones who didn't plan ahead. Much better than dealing with some of the other big box places like Office Depot. These guys actually want you to come in and spend money at their business. In what to me seems like a pretty commoditized market, they use customer service as the thing that sets them apart.

He told me he didn't have tubes but could give me a little of his own that he uses for repairs. While at the shop, I also needed clips for a processor fan, and he gave me them as well. He didn't even charge me. He ended it with an old-fashioned handshake. In my opinion, this was great business on his part. I'll now be a customer for any computer needs because this proves to me he'd be fair with his prices.
