Manpal and his staff always go the extra mile for us. I can't tell you how often I have emailed him a printing job first thing in the morning that I need to pick up by 10:30am, and they always get the work done on time, calling if they have a question and to let me know it's ready for pickup. Once we had a large-format, 250 page spiral bound book printed in a fraction of the turnaround time we were being quoted elsewhere. Unfortunately the left/right pages came out in reversed order (due to unclear instructions from our side), and Manpal cheerfully redid the job free of charge - WITHIN TWO HOURS. I wish customer service was this good everywhere! The staff there know me by name and will call me or email when I'm expecting an important package, to let me know when it arrives. I've also had other team members pick up printing jobs and packages on my behalf, and it's never a problem. They sell basic office supplies too, and have just added 3D printing to their services. Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.
