We had Signarama do signage for our building many months ago and they were extremely professional. They came and did an estimate almost immediately. They sent detailed pictures and plans of what they were going to do before actually doing it............just to make sure that the job was being done correctly. They finished the job in a timely manner but the cost was very reasonable. The owner and workers were all friendly and had great customer service skills. I have already recommended them to others. Very disappointed. Shoddy installation. Had them come back to fix it, and then I was charged almost for a whole new sign to "reinstall." Tried to dispute it, but they refused to take responsibility. Just know that whatever quote they give you, double it for when they have to come back to fix it. read more

I especially liked that she was great about answering all my questions. I was able to log onto a portal to review, make changes and approve my logo. So I went in to Signarama on Tuesday May 7, 2019 and I said I would like to get an estimate done on my vehicle to replace the current perf covering on the rear window of my vehicle, I was introduced to a woman by the name of Jonni and we went outside so she could look at my vehicle she took the necessary information and measurements off my window and said that she would be in touch with me before the end of the week and on Friday of that week when I did not hear from her by late afternoon I called and asked if she was in I was told that they were very very busy and if she said she was going to call me she'll get back to me whenever she's able by a young man who answered the phone so I called back about an hour later when I did not get a phone call back from Jonni And I was on the phone with an older fellow very nice guy and I told him the situation that took place in the prior call he apologize for that and said that the person who took that call was no longer working with them for this very reason I said I certainly understand and I appreciate the apology but if Jonni could get back to me that would be great because I need to get this done to my window as soon as possible he is shored me that she would be in touch with me by the end of the day and within an hour Johnny called me and said that she's been very busy and she apologize for not getting back to me with an estimate in a shored me that she would be giving me a call by no later than the following Wednesday with an estimate so on Wednesday came which is today 15 May and it was approximately 12 o'clock noon and I had not heard back from her I called only to get a woman who answered the phone and I explain the situation to her and she said that she would give Jonni the message and make sure that she called me back And within 15 minutes I got a callback from Johnny and I said hello and she said hi I'm returning a phone call you left for me to call you I said yes and I gave her my name and she had not a clue who I was until I explained I was in there you told me last week you're going to get back in touch with me you did and then you told me Wednesday and now I'm following up with you for the signage on the back of my window it was then when she said oh yes I am so very sorry for not getting back to you I promise I will get back to you by the first of next week as my graphic person is out with the family emergency and we have been very very busy at that point I said I am all set I have an estimate and I am going to go with that company I just think this is absolutely poor service on their part and I've tried to be positive someone in this review what this whole experience was absolutely horrible read more
