He was working alone and the amount of people coming in was crazy. It was really busy, but he was so nice and just kept working. He was very polite and just gave great costumer service to everyone even when most people would have been stressed out. We had to come back later in the afternoon to pick up our tee shirt and there was Dandi still working and working. I guess his coworker didn't make it in so he was on his own all day and it was still busy. But do you know what? He treated us the same way he did in the morning. They were selling little patches that said Boothbay Harbor Historical Society for some cause or other but ran out of shirts. They told me to buy a shirt and bring the patch to this place to have them sew it on. It started to sound complicated but they said that the people at the Harbor Embroidery were really nice. So I ended up going there and they were extremely nice. They said come back in a hour and the work would be done. Well We came back and all the patches and shirts were united.. I'm not sure I'll ever have the opportunity to use their services again, but it was a pleasure dealing with them.
