Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! Even so, they charged us nearly 10x what we normally pay to have our house cleaned (a mortgage payment!). As if we didn't feel as though we were robbed blind and seriously taken advantage of as-is, the work was sub-par at best. My poor Mother-in-Law had to spend hours on her hands and knees cleaning all of our bathrooms AFTER these people cleaned our house. Beyond disappointing. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
