I called this business about a personal job that was, I'm sure, small on the grand scale of some…read moreof the jobs he does (two copies of a small [110 or so page] book for two sided printing for use in a three ring binder), and once I arrived with my flash drive carrying the file to be printed, he went right to work and sent it to the printer!! I thought that I was going to have to leave the flash drive, (as it was Saturday an hour prior to his closing for the weekend) and pick up the order on Monday or something!! Oh no, not with this order, and I'm sure it might not be that quick for everyone's job that they bring in for Will to do...but WOW I was so pleased about 'how far technology' has advanced for things to be done while I waited like that! Will has such a wonderfully warm and positive demeanor that there's nothing but pleasantness that emanates from him, ready to serve! He really made me feel like a priority in his business day. He was working on something when I walked in with an employee(?) and stepped from that to do my thing while she continued, and once my order completed, still asking if there was anything more he could do to serve (hole punch, binder, etc). I was really expecting to have to go back to pick up at another time. This is a business that needs to be referred by it's customers to others so that he gets so busy there that I can work there too (lol). He's got a gorgeous little dog Milo that he pays honor to on his web page that welcomes customers, although Milo was pooped when I went in and sleeping but I'll go say hello with bacon next time! I can't say enough about my little 20 minute visit to Will's. He's got choice lots of colors of papers...suggests services that might be of need, tries extra hard to find a way to get it done...but that's probably why his name is 'Will'. ~grin~ He also does special jobs...just bring your creative idea to him! I needed them for an event the next day so I called Staples very much in a panic and asked to speak to the printing department. I spoke with Mindy (maybe Mandy) who was so helpful and absolutely understood my worry about getting them done in time. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and said they could indeed do this today. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning. So while I didn't end up using Staples, I wanted to acknowledge how helpful they were and how their staff was calm and helpful at a time when I was totally panicking!

This review is going to start out sounding like a bad experience but in the end it was a good one…read more I had some bookmarks I needed printed for a work event on Saturday and had sent them to Minuteman in Saco earlier this week to be printed and received confirmation when they were ready. When I went to pick them up today (Friday) the shop was locked up and the lights were off. I called and left a voicemail as well as an email. I was in a bit of a panic as the event is Saturday morning. I was in the midst of calling other places when Eric called me. He was very apologetic. They'd had employees call out sick leaving them in bit of a bind. But he offered to bring the bookmarks to me directly. So he drove from South Portland, picked the bookmarks up at the Saco store, and delivered them to my home (I work remotely). I always appreciate when people go out of their way to make things right and he really pulled through. Thank you!
