I found these people on google search along with many others tried several and They did not want small orders or were so expensive and would have to wait 2 months some were more. So will Cut to the chase... Called Brady ....told me stop in and see what they could do...First Positive Went in next day told them some of my ideas, and asked about cost of artwork, they gave me their email to send my artwork to...Second Positive. Stopped in next day...and They Said No Problem, could use what I sent & would have my Two Shirts done by Following Friday. Now the front was a Photo/Picture...Not just some drawing also some lettering..Third Positive ! Showed up Friday 8-12-22 My Shirt were not only Ready, They are Amazing I have seen Concert shirts made by Major Big companies that were awful, These were Perfectly done, Artwork was Centered & Just as I had asked for & they did some Printing on back of shirts so Front & Back, Forth Positive Overall I would highly recommend Brady Screenprinting.....Oh they do large orders also, but Work with the Little Guys Also...and Cost Was Amazing Reasonable ...Overall Give Them a Chance. I went in today (Aug 18th) to hear from Theresa (who represents herself as the owner,) that she didn't think they were ready yet. She proceeds to tell me that they don't even have the shirts in "she doesn't think." She disappears into the back for a while, comes back and says they indeed are not ready. She asked when I needed them by, I told her TODAY. Exactly why I ordered them to be picked up.... today! With her not so caring attitude, she tells me that Cathy should have told me, (as should she have as well, since she was there the whole time I was placing the order) that normally shirts take two weeks. NO ONE told me that, or prompted me when I called on August 10th to get a quote either. She said she forgot to call...... what?!!?!? The issue is not just that the entire theme was put together around these t-shirts... which now make the entire weekends theme pointless, but that her attitude was off the charts. Anyone who has ever been part of a wedding knows how stressful it is on top of their everyday life to plan. I'm upset, and I go to tell her that this is an extreme mess up.... she interrupts me to ask me... "are you twelve? they are just t-shirts!" I said, "excuse me?" so she says "My friend's kid has cancer. and you think this is a big deal." First of all, I'm sorry your friend's kid has cancer but that has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening here with your poor service. She has no idea who I am, anything that has been going on with me, and I would never offer that information to someone so petty. Second of all, don't you own a company that makes the majority of your money from making these so called useless t-shirts?!?! I've never seen a business be so ungrateful for someone wanting to celebrate something so amazing, like a marriage (of my brother)! I've never seen a business be so very unapologetic for something so colossal of a screw-up. So yes, I'll take my money back and hope one day you learn how to treat paying....very excited.... grateful customers..... that will never be me or anyone I'm related to.

He was very polite and just gave great costumer service to everyone even when most people would have been stressed out. We had to come back later in the afternoon to pick up our tee shirt and there was Dandi still working and working. I guess his coworker didn't make it in so he was on his own all day and it was still busy. But do you know what? He treated us the same way he did in the morning. They were selling little patches that said Boothbay Harbor Historical Society for some cause or other but ran out of shirts. They told me to buy a shirt and bring the patch to this place to have them sew it on. It started to sound complicated but they said that the people at the Harbor Embroidery were really nice. So I ended up going there and they were extremely nice. They said come back in a hour and the work would be done. Well We came back and all the patches and shirts were united.. I'm not sure I'll ever have the opportunity to use their services again, but it was a pleasure dealing with them.
