They're obviously very artistic -- I asked for a picture of Mount Rainier behind the words of my sign; they played with ice on the mountain, different colors of blue, how large, what fonts to use, etc. They're so helpful. I called almost a dozen companies, nobody would even come out to measure the sign or give me a quote without paying them a lot of money. Pay for a quote? You can't be serious. I got some client feedback that they couldn't find us upstairs, and one of the businesses near me closed, so I had the perfect chance to jump on their sign space so people walking in the building could find us. Naturally, I emailed Mike and Matt right away. They came out and measured the sign and got back to me with a quote WITHOUT EVEN BUGGING ME OR SAYING ANYTHING THEY JUST DID IT WOW. Just 6 miles from my house I'm always willing to make the 20 min drive for a great cocktail, a great meal, or in this case, great signs! With a variety of options and materials you can get a sign printed or made for your storefront, you can get large posters printed up and you can even get your car wrapped in a sign! What a fantastic and efficient way to attract people to a local business. After getting some stuff printed here I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Everyone was super friendly and the job was superb. Who knew you someone could be so excited about signs?!

She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. They will hang it for you for a cost, but I had a friend who hung it for me instead. I would have another sign made by them in a heartbeat!
