Well, if you are looking to have just one item printed, expect to be treated like they don't give a sh*t about you. I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. So not only are they obviously not interested in your business if your order is small, but they apparently are dishonest, too.

It's a little too late. I didn't want to argue with the guy becuz he is stoic and seemed like I was a nuisance to him. I placed an order for blinds and draperies back in June 2025. The blinds were installed fairly…read morequickly and work well. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service for the draperies. The first time the installer came out, it quickly became evident that the draperies for two of the three rooms had been made 4 inches too short, and the roman shade had been made too wide to fit in the space (this is after they had been professionally measured by the installer). They were sent back and lengthened but one of the draperies was still an inch too short, and the roman shade had not been cut down, so these went back a second time to be redone - this was in October 2025. Since that time I was notified that the new drapery was in, but the roman shade is still not fixed and they don't have an ETA. I just called again to check status and the person I talked to was already so upset apparently by someone else's problems and frustration that as soon as I told her I was frustrated she started to cry because it isn't her fault. (It isn't her fault, but that doesn't solve my problem - and I was being firm but very polite.) She had to hang up the phone and said she'd call me back. The quality of the draperies that are installed is good - but here I am 7 months after I placed the order and they still haven't got it right. I don't know what's happening over there but I am beyond frustrated and will never recommend this store to anyone else.

But thanks to Maryna and Vlad at PC, they worked to get all 52 jackets embroidered (I'm pretty sure they worked through Thanksgiving) so that I can have all of them on my flight early Monday morning. Despite the rush, they did an excellent job. In fact, I can tell they care about detail because the sewer wasn't happy about how one of the jackets turned out (but because I provided my own, couldn't be helped).
