I was having a fingerprint tree printed to serve as a guest book at a wedding, but they still treated it like fine art. The team was so helpful adding the bride and groom's names and the wedding date to the image, and suggesting the best paper to use for texture and the fingerprints. On top of the friendly service, the finished print is perfect and beautiful. And I really cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are! If I ever need to print anything again, I'll definitely work with these folks again - and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Expected a normal FedEx experience (ie., wait at the counter until someone notices you...), but as soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by a busy store manager (Patrick) then he quickly went to the counter to get our package prepared, and asked if we needed a receipt. All smiles, super friendly and efficient. Seriously, that just made our day! Perhaps it's the magic power of Seahawks just won the Super Bowl LX World Championship. When I asked about "smart returns," the staff member was unfamiliar with the process and couldn't provide clear information, even though many retailers use FedEx for 'smart returns'. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, with more focus on process than customer support. My overall, the experience was frustrating and not aligned with basic customer service expectations.

Today, the worker at the front, Victor, had the worst attitude. Apparently he's the manager, yikes. Told her the print job (10 color prints on 8.5x11 basic white paper, and 4 of those prints lamented) was not ready due to the person who took the order yesterday not properly putting it into the system. That's fine, completely understand that mishap, however he kept telling her that he would not be able to finish the prints today and kept talking to her in a rude and passive tone, as if it was her fault that FedEx was understaffed today?? We're coming in with the information we received yesterday which was to pick up tomorrow by 12, sorry Victor if our little colored print job pissed you off or something. After an unnecessary back n forth to get our prints (why are we having to argue with you?? Isn't this your job??) he was able to get it done in 5 whole minutes, guess he didn't need a whole day and a half to do this print. Threw the print job onto the table, didn't bother to wrap it, only other thing he said to her was the charge. My sister thought it was so weird, but at this point, she just wanted to pay and leave. Happy Halloween Victor, didn't know FedEx was doing a "Terrible Manager" Halloween costume. In that case, you aced it.
