Makes them look old school and far too pricey for what they offer! No way Jose!) Upon arrival, the curbside appeal of their headquarters can be deceiving! "Niche Rentals" is conveniently posted on their signage, and easy to locate. When you enter their office, you walk into a warm and inviting space, with staged props and ideas for your event. After enjoying their small (small) showroom space...You then enter through a door facing the back of the building....and va va voom! You are welcomed into a HUGE square footage of space of chairs, and tables, florals and lighting! Seems like miles high & wide! This company is so great. They are good people. Lisa was the most excited, friendly, and helpful wedding planner I could've asked for as we planned…read moreour wedding from afar. She made herself available for FaceTime calls, conference calls, and emails whenever I requested. She kept a very updated & detailed budget of all the services (rentals / purchases / vendors), as well as timelines (which we adjusted almost every other week!) She put us at ease when it came to following up with vendors, keeping us on-track for payments due, etc. Although we only met once in-person before our wedding week, it felt like we were working with family. Our wedding day was executed flawlessly, and that was 100% attributed to Lisa and her team. We HIGHLY recommend her!

Dave, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. His prices are also the best around. I couldn't be more impressed with the service they gave and the event furniture we received. I highly recommend the spandex white table cloths for the high tops. They look very elegant. We decided to do lighting above the dance floor. It turned out spectacular and added great lighting for the event as well as dressed up the space very nicely. All the guests were very impressed. I highly recommend adding these if you have a dance floor. I am very happy I decided to go with Excalibur and will definitely use them again for my next event in Naples.

Upon arriving, my young daughter needed to use the restroom and the clerk was not very accommodating but reluctantly allowed her to use the facilities saying that "it looked like an emergency". I found the pen selection was relatively limited and the prices were substantially higher than retail for no apparent reason. I asked a few basic questions and the clerk was not very knowledgeable, at points even confused about very basic usage. We are very attentive parents and several times during our visit the clerk scolded my daughter for touching thinks while under our direct supervision stating " I don't want her to feel bad if she breaks something". Overall, the clerk was very condescending and rude and we ultimately did not make a purchase. I subsequently ordered everything that I wanted through online retailers at much better prices. I would've been happy to pay a little more to support a local business if the clerk had been kind and if the experience had been positive.

My family just had a reunion and my mother chose Heather based on recommendations from a friend. I was just one of the "photographee's", but I can say that Heather was completely professional and impressed my mother and my family! For starters, Heather was on time (7:30pm sharp), and did an outstanding job of organizing our group into different settings. She made it a point to learn all 10 of our names, and then made playful conversation with the younger members of my family, to make the entire process fun. I just had a chance to view the proofs on a website she created for us and the photos look fantastic! I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for great family photos.
