The driver went to pick them up at 2:30 and they told him they were running 1.5 hrs behind to come back. He went back at the time he was told and they told him they were still 1.5 hrs behind. My daughter then went over around 6pm and they had locked the door. She knocked showing them the receipt and they let her in. They told her they ran out of helium and we weren't getting our balloons!! I went in 2 days later to get my refund and talked to the manager that was on duty that day. All she could tell me is they had a lot of online orders and had to deliver the earlier orders first (meaning the morning hrs). I asked why they were continuing to take online orders and all she could offer me was an apology and my money back. She said they had 10 people working but weren't expecting the chaos. I questioned why they didn't stop taking orders (she said they did) but continued to say that they had to fill the morning orders first. I obviously won't be going back!!

A friend suggested having them altered, so after a search on Yelp I find D'Gala Boutigue, who specializes in dress rentals for quinceaneras. Not exactly a guy place, but they do rent and sell tuxedos as well. I had the pants shortened and hemmed. Being happy with her work and reasonable price I returned with four more pair of pants to have them properly altered. This business is open seven days a week and they are open twelve hours a day I believe. The sweet little lady that served me seemed to always be there, so I asked her if she was there all the time and she said yes. Talk about being dedicated to your customers and your business. They'll rip the bags to allow weights to drop out, to make it easier for THEM to bag, then when delivered they what??? Get completely knotted, which is why THEY ARE PUT IN BAGS TO BEGIN WITH. When addressed, the young blue haired girl dismissed and made it clear this is a rogue store. They wait till the last minute to make the orders. Naples and Ft Myers have more responsible, older veteran workers that just do the job correctly, and take the time to do it right. If you get balloon delivery, and you should!
