When I asked what happened to the $25 per jacket amount I was quoted, I was told that it's $25 per seam and they took in hree seams. At that point you are kind of stuck. She altered the dress in the photos for my wedding in June of 2024. I had this dress custom made by a designer in Europe and while the quality was spectacular the fit was totally off. Claudia was so innovative in her alterations and made this dress fit me like a glove. She also altered my reception dress (pink dress pictured). The bodice was too wide and she not only made it fit perfectly but was able to install another strip of boning in the center front to keep the aesthetic of the dress. Her talent is exceptional!

Didn't need it done by a certain time, and was told to come back the following Tuesday and pick it up. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing from her, so I call and ask about the dress (09/15). She tells me it will be ready the following day. With her very limited business hours and me having a full time job, I wasn't able to get back there until Friday, September 25. I go Friday morning and ask for my dress, thinking it would be done since she told me it would be finished 10 days prior. She proceeds to tell me the dress is not ready, and to come back on Monday and she will have it done. I come back on Monday at opening time, 9 a.m., and arrive to a sign on the door saying she will be back at 9:30 a.m. When I go inside, she tells me the dress is STILL not ready and to come back at 4 p.m. and I can pick it up with no charge. Found this strange considering she closes at 3 p.m. I deny it, and tell her the dress is my property, I don't care that it's not altered, and I want it back. She proceeds to tell me that the dress is at her HOUSE because she "works there sometimes." I came back at closing, 3 p.m., and was able to get my dress back. She hadn't even touched it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. HIGHLY do not reccomend.
