When we picked them up after receiving a call that they were done, she tried them on and they were the same length as before when we dropped them off - still needing almost 2 inches taken off. Had already paid for them which was annoying. Had to come back, leave them for a few more days before they were finally done (still a little too long but I can't spare more time without them). Not sure where the disconnect was but for $30 and 2 trips back and forth it was a frustrating experience.

I scheduled the appointment and went in for the alterations, had it all pinned up and was given the day before to pick up with the timeframe of 12-1pm. At 11:22 day of pick I was called and told that she had not even started my dress yet. Since then she used another person as a point of communication and has yet to return my calls or call me regarding my dress, including the charge that she tacked on to someone else's bill and credit card. She had the audacity to charge me full price for the dress as well as charge me a credit card fee for somebody else picking up the dress on that person's credit card. If my dress was done on time, it would have been paid for in cash and avoided so said fee as well. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that she still has yet to call me back to talk to me regarding this issue.

She altered the dress in the photos for my wedding in June of 2024. I had this dress custom made by a designer in Europe and while the quality was spectacular the fit was totally off. Claudia was so innovative in her alterations and made this dress fit me like a glove. She also altered my reception dress (pink dress pictured). The bodice was too wide and she not only made it fit perfectly but was able to install another strip of boning in the center front to keep the aesthetic of the dress. Her talent is exceptional!
