I had no idea what I was looking for and she took the time to listen and let me try on all different styles. She listened and guided me toward what became my wedding dress. She even took it off the mannequin for me. She was so knowledgeable about the dresses. She knew what could be added or altered by the designer and the different colors they came in. THE BEST IN NAPLES I visited all the bridal shops in Naples but this one is by far the best! Kersten is extremely personable. She handles each appointment individually, and really listens to you. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon after making an appointment with my mom to try on my first wedding dress! We were able to navigate to it easily and found parking right in the lot attached. The inside was pretty and very neat and well kept. Kersten was also amazing by getting me in for an appointment quickly and then getting dresses ready before my appointment. She walked me through a lot of details as well as had different options for me to experiment with and was just so friendly! For the size of the shop there was an huge amount of options and I felt like I was in great hands. My aunt called Palm Bridal, the owner answered and she was lovely. Truthfully, I didn't want to go to a bridal boutique nor store because it's hectic, overwhelming, not enjoyable and an atmosphere to make one overly self conscious. The minute I walked into Palm I felt comfortable, the owner was just as lovely in person. She didn't push me, make me feel self conscious or overwhelm me. She helped pick out dresses and even let my mother help me change into the dresses. The first one I tried on was it! 5 stars are just not enough for Palm Bridal and the owner, Kersten!! Shopping here was meant to be for me, with the store opening the same week I got engaged, and I'm In love with the dress I picked! I came down from Boston with the intention of just perusing a couple stores to start getting dress ideas with my mom, grandma, and stepdad. Thankfully, the first store we picked was Palm, and we didn't need to go anywhere else! From the start Kersten was professional and warm, and her store has a great range of dresses and prices! I felt comfortable the whole time, and most important I felt pretty in everything! I wish I had more opportunities to give Kersten business, I'd send anyone her way!
