Then when you go to purchase, suddenly that discount does not apply to the wig you've chosen. The sign simply says "30% off wigs". This is clearly false, misleading, and deceptive advertising. They also will not provide the information to contact a manager or owner. STEER CLEAR! They just want to steal your money and refuse to honor their posted discounts. The staff is kind but completely inept. I would not return and I would advise others to save their gas. I will be reporting them to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. VERY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ…read more When you pay $450 for a wig + a $30 tip/consult fee, you expect that the purchase includes the protective box it came in. A staff member told me that it was store policy not to give the box to 'protect their brand'. I really wanted to know at least the color so I had the ability to buy a matching colored wig in a different style so I called back to speak to the owner or manager (I believe his name is Spencer) and told him that. I told him I understand his policy of withholding that information before the sale, so people don't try on their wigs and then go buy elsewhere. But I did buy from them and told him that I would continue to buy from them if their prices were reasonable. I told him I want to and do support my local businesses if the mark up isn't extreme and the customer service is good. What I would have done was find other styles I liked online then ask Haus of Hair to see if they could get them. If the markup was fair, I would have become their long term customer. He said he would not give me the box or even tell me the color of the wig. Personally, holding someone's information hostage does not inspire repeat business. Good service and fair prices do. In hindsight, I have no way of knowing if the wig is even authentic or the reason for no box is because I bought a knock off. I said I would wait a couple of days before writing an honest review in case he reconsidered and he said no need, his position was firm. And then right before hanging up he said something about people suing people for bad reviews. So I called back and asked if I heard that correctly and he said yes, he looks forward to forwarding my review to his attorney. Just to be clear here - HE THREATENED ME WITH LITIGATION FOR LEAVING AN HONEST REVIEW!
