I went to the doors expecting them to open but never had happened, I called to see if they were open by calling them it says sorry can't complete the call as Dailed. Went here on Dec 18th to place an early balloon order to be delivered for NYE party we were having. I picked a 2-3pm delivery time. The driver went to pick them up at 2:30 and they told him they were running 1.5 hrs behind to come back. He went back at the time he was told and they told him they were still 1.5 hrs behind. My daughter then went over around 6pm and they had locked the door. She knocked showing them the receipt and they let her in. They told her they ran out of helium and we weren't getting our balloons!! I went in 2 days later to get my refund and talked to the manager that was on duty that day. All she could tell me is they had a lot of online orders and had to deliver the earlier orders first (meaning the morning hrs). I asked why they were continuing to take online orders and all she could offer me was an apology and my money back. She said they had 10 people working but weren't expecting the chaos. I questioned why they didn't stop taking orders (she said they did) but continued to say that they had to fill the morning orders first. I obviously won't be going back!! read more

We have been buying balloons every year for multiple years, always pay for the Hi-Float solution to increase the life of the balloons. This time we feel like they charged us for the solution but never applied it as the balloons did not even last 10 hours before half of them were on the floor. Spoke to JESSE on the phone regarding the issue but he was completely unhelpful. Never again will we be returning. read more

Ordered balloons for birthday party on NYE 2020. Received an email saying balloons to be delivered at 7pm instead of 3pm. At 7pm received a text saying balloon order would be delivered the following day at 10am. Called the delivery company-Shipt, on hold for 35 minutes before speaking to a service person. Shipt suggested I call Party City for explanation. Called Party City, Naples store and was told delivery company-Shipt cancelled all orders in this area for NYE. Party City said they were too busy to call me to let me know delivery company-Shift, cancelled all NYE balloon deliveries in the Naples,FL area. Kathy Z. read more

Pointless to be open when they have nothing in stock. It's so bare it looks like they are going out of business. They try to make it "look" better by putting up boxes of helium tanks. It's sad they don't even have table clothes. read more

If i could give a 0 start rating i would. i called to ask about an item they may or may not have in stock and once someone answered the guy hung up on me before i could ask what the item was. complete dick. i don't recommend this location. read more

High prices and not very much experienced help in the store to find the things I needed. I had to search and find myself.
