They also will not provide the information to contact a manager or owner. STEER CLEAR! They just want to steal your money and refuse to honor their posted discounts. The staff is kind but completely inept. I would not return and I would advise others to save their gas. I will be reporting them to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Edited to add: Spoke to a manager or owner who was incredibly dismissive, and was annoyed to deal with the issue. She also hung up the phone on me. This is incredibly unprofessional establishment.

I bought a human hair wig from Trish and a few weeks later I had to go to her because the lace started to fray. She attempted to fix it and it went wrong. She gave me a different wig and I was thrilled! But within 4 months it started drying out and breaking! I washed it exactly how she showed me and even bought the shampoo she recommended! I reached out to her because I think there could be a manufacturer defect. She said there was nothing she could do! Really $1600 and a few months and it looks terrible. You can see my scalp through the hair and it breaks off all over! She offered to sell me a more expensive wig instead of helping me. I will never return Be very careful!

She won't tell you that synthetic look fantastic and don't succumb to the humid weather here in Florida and more importantly that they are 100 % lighter and less than half of human hair wigs. I fell for it so she ordeeed me a human hair wig for 1600. And change. She said she would refund me if I didn't like it. Well it came in surprisingly In 3 days. It had no tags on it. The box was Bagby. 'S salon. I did not like it. It had practically no lace on the front so tge hair falls into your face. It didn't fit right. I wear a petite average and it is obviously not. When I said i. Didn't like it she said wear it and come back and I cut and style. I did not like it and called to come back in. She proceeded to cut and style tge wig making it un returnable. She accused me of me of washing it that wasn't true. I tried wearing it once and was miserable. It kept falling in my face shifting, and was extremely hot. I gave since bought two beautiful synthetic wigs fro WIGS.COM. Three synthetic wigs cost less than tgat ugly hot frizzy uncomfortable wig. I purchased a 100% Remy human hair wig from this salon for approximately $2,000 after being advised…read morethat it was the best option for me. I have previous experience wearing human hair wigs and my prior wigs lasted around 18 months with daily wear, so I felt comfortable relying on professional recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from both a product and customer service perspective. Shortly after purchase, the wig was cut unevenly, with one side noticeably longer than the other. When I returned to have this corrected, I was charged additional fees. Over the next several months, the wig developed significant matting, tangling, dryness, and frizz, primarily concentrated at the nape area. The deterioration progressed to the point where the wig becomes matted again shortly after brushing and frizzes quickly outside, making it difficult for me to wear comfortably in public after only about 6 months of use. When I raised concerns, I was told the issues were caused by storage, products, washing frequency, tools, and Florida humidity. However, I stored the wig on a mannequin as directed, used products recommended by the salon, washed according to the guidance I was given, and used styling tools that were recommended to me. I understand wigs require maintenance and that shoulder length wigs experience friction, especially at the nape. My disappointment comes not only from the lifespan of the wig relative to its price point, but also from how my concerns were handled afterward. Hair loss can already be a vulnerable experience. I wish there had been more compassion, accountability, and willingness to work toward a reasonable solution when I raised concerns.
