Not only that, but he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. My experience working with Rob at Ironman was so great I am literally writing the first review I've ever written for anything just to talk about it. I would never even consider using anyone else in the future, and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

By contrast, I found a listing for Big Boys junk removal on Craigslist and messaged. Very professional and personable! I will definitely recommend him to others and will use this service for my future projects!

They did a great job improving the overall look without the need for a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell unnecessary work. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again.

It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

This electrician found a smart, creative solution that others didn't, avoiding damage. That alone was impressive. What really stood out was the communication and follow-up. From the first interaction, everything was clear, timely, and professional. He showed up fully prepared for multiple scenarios, which made the whole process efficient and stress-free. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. There was zero pressure or upselling--just honest recommendations with real integrity. You can tell he's focused on long-term safety and quality, not quick fixes. Michael was also clean, respectful of our home, and left the space better than expected after the work was done. On top of that, he went above and beyond to make sure the final result was done exceptionally well, not just "good enough." (And he was so kind and patient with my dogs!) If you're looking for an electrician who is skilled, thoughtful, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing excellent work, this is the one to call. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
