I had an extremely disappointing experience before even stepping foot inside your store. As I…read moreapproached with my toddler, one of your sales representatives visibly shook her head at us before we even entered. Once inside, I was met with eye-rolling and further head-shaking, which was completely off-putting. The interaction was so unwelcoming that I turned around and left immediately. Not everyone has the privilege of a sitter or a nanny, and customers--parents included--deserve to be treated with respect. The attitude I encountered was beyond stuffy and unprofessional. I hope your company takes the time to train representatives on basic manners and customer service. I updated to remove the person in question as I am not out to hurt anyone but just make the company more aware and the need for education on kindness and customer service.
