I attempted to buy a turntable last year for over $1000 and have it shipped to me out of state. They charged my credit card immediately but I never received shipping confirmation or info. They also put their website under maintenance for like a month starting shortly after my order was placed, meaning I had to find a cached version of their site to even get an working email address to try. Which they didn't respond to anyway. After weeks of unprofessional and curt communications with one of the supposed people in charge via text message (never got responses to email and they only answered their phone one time ever), Bright just completely stopped communicating with me in any form. I never got the product, never got refunded. Had to report fraud to my bank to get the money back. Still bothers me. Don't trust these people unless you can go physically to their storefront, if you are remote they will try to just take your money for free.

Ya know the one where his guy left and never returned to finish. Then to make him happy I reluctantly pay the March service ($1,100) thinking he'd finally come and finish. but was then told it would be an entirety new charge. Don't do business with Joe of Sights & Sounds. In the end he told me to go figure out the problem on my own the day before football started.

All of my components work together seamlessly and my TV looks amazing! No exposed wires, my digital TV service is excellent and the sound is everything I always wanted. I still cant believe how great everything looks and sounds- and Joe is there whenever I need support. I can't wait to have Sights-N-Sounds do work at my new offices and showroom in Holbrook.

I have been a customer of Sound Insight for over 20 years now and have gotten to know Fred Kaplan the owner. He put in my first plasma tv when the technology was brand new and did a perfect job integrating it with the sound system he installed at the same time. I have subsequently upgraded my tv and Fred recently set me up with streaming services to go with it - I know I'm way behind the times That it took so long. Being of an older generation new technology challenges me and Fred therefore made my system simple and easy to maneuver. And after Optimum came in and switched me to fiber optic cable they basically carelessly dismantled all of the good work done by Sound Insight. Fortunately for me all it took was one phone call and Fred came over that same day, fixed everything and wouldn't even let me pay him for an emergency "house call". I would recommend Sound Insight to anyone looking to set up new high tech tv or audio in their home.
