Ok, I was struggling on whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They definitely deserve a good…read morescore for selection hands down, they have everything you could imagine. Their prices are fairly good, but you know you can always find certain things cheaper online of course. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating. Sorry, I'm not gonna go anywhere I feel unwanted, and what more I'm gonna warn everybody about your lameass attitude on yelp :P

That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). I have never once been greeted when I walk in, I say hello and no one even responds, they look at you like 'what do you want'. The employee today was irritated that I woke him up from his NAP. I walked in and asked if they had a product, he lifts his head and says "nope" and lays his head back down. If you come here, expect to be ignored, dismissed, and made to feel like an inconvenience for simply existing in their store.
