When the repair took longer than they anticipated (an unforeseen problem - not their fault).... the owner came in on the weekend on his own time to finish the job and get my car back to me. Lastly, I trust these guys. I just get the feeling that they are not going to try and sell me something I don't need. Their prices seem reasonable. I'll return for my car needs.

Well he suggested Autotronics and boy am I glad they did. 3 months later oddly enough just before he headed back to school as the first unit failed as his first semester ended. So I rushed to get the vehicle in to a local shop 5 hours from Autotronics and followed up by calling to check on the warranty. Jay at Autotronics was absolutely incredible. Told me not to worry I was covered. Take it to where ever I want and get it repaired. But it didn't end there. I was heading to the west coast and Jay knew I was busy and he took the time to call the national warranty center and get a claim started for me and call me with the number! Are you kidding me? This level of service has all but disappeared from our society, but not in Mankato. In the end we had the vehicle repaired and yep Jay called to follow up on how it went. Needless to say we are customers for life and so should anyone in the Greater Mankato market!
