They were so kind, fit me right in and even gave me a loaner. I was on the road only a couple hours behind schedule. My only reason for 4 starts is they didn't have the right equipment to fix the alignment on my car (a Volvo) but I get not all shops will have those systems. I was able to safely get back to Omaha then take my car to a shop here to have everything taken care of. They were really helpful and I would recommend!

He also provided an explanation of what the issue was in terms I could understand and to help me be knowledgeable when reaching out to other places to get a fix. The manager definitely does not. I am so frustrated. I have asked to just get my car back. They won't give it back and it is just up on the lift. And another customer here to get tires rotated . He is 90 years young. Waited 4 hours and they broke 2 of his rims and told him they were like that when he brought it in.
