Sadly, my experiences with Hyundai of Mankato have been the complete opposite. Sales ignored my top priority (highway MPG) and pushed a hybrid Tucson that averaged only 24 MPG instead of the advertised 33. I was misled on delivery dates, dismissed when I raised MPG concerns, and later endured a finance process where I was spoken to in a misogynistic tone and had multiple unauthorized hard credit pulls despite signing for one. Service has been equally upsetting: false notes claiming I declined repairs I never refused, vague and alarming follow-up messages days after service, long hold times followed by rude, argumentative reps who interrupted and spoke down to me. Amenities like a shuttle were advertised for years but didn't exist, posted hours were wrong, and roadside guidance after hitting a deer told me to drive to the shop, only to be told they do not do body repair work. Anytime I tried to escalate concerns to management, I rarely reached anyone in authority. My most recent attempt included sending management a detailed summary of all issues--past and present--and now I'm simply waiting to see if they even bother to respond. After hearing from others with similar complaints, my trust in this dealership is gone. I have gone as far as researching how much it would cost me to end my lease early, and have considered taking a financial loss, just to be able to sever ties with this business.

There is no way to get ahold of anybody. My appointment now has been rescheduled for Friday without any notice to me except for an email. At this point I'm going to pick up my vehicle (minus my main set of keys which they have) and have my insurance have someone else do the service. I never leave bad reviews but this has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend using this location as you cannot talk to anyone and the service doesn't get done.

When I got there Luke Weber and another guy were there talking to my son. He told my son to pull the car into their lot so no one would get hit on the road. He then looked at the tire and asked if we had a spare tire. We did but IT was flat. He suggested we call Shorty and see if he had any tires the size I needed. He didn't, but they would be in there tomorrow. Luke then went a got a jack and took of the flat and had the flat spare filled with air, and put it on for us so we could at least get home. I offered Luke some money and he refused and said he was glad he could help. I was thinking that if Mike's Countryside employees treat people who weren't even their customers that good, can you imagine how well they'd treat their customers!!! My son had some work done on his car and shortly thereafter the part that they replaced (tie rod…read moreend) broke while he was driving the car. Fortunately he was going slow enough that he was not injured but he was left stranded and the front fender of his car was damaged. This was a defective part and repair should have been covered by warranty. While AutoZone (part supplier) did pay for the repair to the front end, they have still not paid for the damage done to the front fender. It has now been 3 months since the incident and I just keep getting excuses. If this had happened at highway speed, my son could have been killed or seriously injured. Greg's and/or AutoZone need to step up and pay my son for the damage done to his car as a result of a faulty part!!!

ABS used part failed then paid 3k more to fix their broken part and do more that they missed) My daughter referred me to Greg's after that and they inspected my truck, sent pictures detailing work needed and why. They did a comparisons of oil and fluid. They replaced the faulty part and repaired the damaged done by previous. They communicated after the repairs to make sure all was good. They are able to adjust to necessary and other less expensive options. They have a shuttle. The waiting room has coffee and snack with comfy couches. Very comfortable. Very Professional. Clean.
