I lost over half my size but recently started regaining because I never really learned how to exercise or build muscle. She is always asking us to evaluate ourselves and let her know if we have any issues. Most of the machines are newer with smoothly working parts, and the older machines are outside in the outdoor area of the gym (a unique feature not found in most gyms).The dumbbells, barbells, and other free-weights have no doubt been used, but they aren't busted and dirty like you'd find in any other local gym. At first glance the facility appears small and claustrophobic, but I have yet to come in to the gym where it was too crowded for comfort. The environment is very upbeat and the culture is very small town-like and interactive. I typically workout during the late evening but the staff that are usually on shift (Mark, Andrew, Daniel) are very friendly and always keeping the gym clean. Good quality weights + variety/selection, clean facility, friendly staff and members. What's more to ask?

He goes, " and the freaking date of birth!" I emailed the manager but got no reply and finally just wasn't making sense anymore to support this business and be a member. The Front desk from Jerimi, Kira, Jez, etc. are top notch. Will go out of their way to assist you in your gym dealings. The pool surrounding cleanliness?????? The younger generation needs to learn about "California law" about photographing/ videotaping others in areas, where they had a reasonable expectation of privacy. But overall, this is the place to be. 110 stars out of 100. Come by and give it a try. Such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel comfortable. I purposely didn't look into the class beforehand because I didn't want to psych myself out. I had zero expectations. I went with a friend and we had SO much fun. It was a full-body workout and somehow I tapped into my inner child sliding around on the machines I still don't know all the terms, but I do know it was a blast. Don't get me wrong it was definitely challenging... but I didn't die hahaha. And can we talk about the socks?! I'm usually a no-show sock girl, but they had the cutest long socks and I think I've officially entered my long-sock era. The studio itself is adorable and super clean...it really sets the scene for what's about to go down. Victoria, the instructor, was amazing. She helped me adjust the resistance and made sure my positioning was right for each exercise, which made such a difference as a first-timer. If you haven't tried this studio yet, give it a shot.
