I gave them my confirmation and finally was able to pull up my order but nothing was pulled and was not ready. Another 15 min to pull my entire order. Otherwise, staff was accommodating and helpful. This place is WILD…read more I showed up and waited 5 mins in an empty lobby (for bonus points the office door was open and unlocked as well). Walked myself through the garage. No one there either. Kept looking around and finally found THREE employees just shooting the breeze on the far corner of the lot. Once they noticed me they (slowly) started walking back and when they got within ear shot I asked if they were open. They said they were so I walked back into the office. Sat in the office by myself for 3 more mins while they finished talking outside and finally gave up and left. One slacker is par for the course these days but they got THREE people on payroll who don't give a single care...
