This is a terrible company that contracts through Costco. They will leave new water without picking up the empty bottles. I was on a two bottles every two weeks. They started delivering four bottles instead and then wouldn't pick up the empty bottles. Currently I have 7 bottles when I am supposed to only have 2 at any one time. Ridiculous. Customer service phone center are not rude but not nice either and all they can only try and reschedule, but you never talk to someone in Lubbock. They have missed more deliveries than I care to mention and if they do deliver they never do it on the day you are scheduled so you have to leave the empty out all the time to have them picked up. If I could give this review a 0, I would. Service was great in the beginning. Water was delivered, as stated, every 2 weeks. Then it went to every month. Fine. I could deal with that. I was supposed to be on bottle exchange, meaning if I had 1 bottle out, then 1 bottle was left. If I had 3 bottles out, then 3 bottles were left. Then it was changed to straight 3 bottles a month. Still, I could deal with it. But what I can not deal with, are incompetent people who never return calls, emails, etc... The never ending excuses from employees who have ZERO clue on what is going on. No communication, no delivery, nothing. And to top it all off, still having the machine for a week and a half BEFORE someone will pick it up! No...I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is better to buy your own machine from Costco and get water service elsewhere. read more

Probably one of the worse water companies you could use. They're constantly missing our delivery dates, today I called because we were suppose to get water yesterday but somehow our delivery date changed? No way to get in contact with management or any kind of supervisor which is just ridiculous. After 4 years with the company I could not take the missed deliveries. I signed up in Costco and I had to call Costco's Corporate office just so I could get ANYONE from the Lubbock store to swap out their water cooler that had stopped working. The Lubbock manager said he'd bring a new one by and pick up the only one. So I drag the broken one out to the front of the house the day he was to swap them out and he never does so I have to drag it back inside. Complete garbage company. read more

After 18 years of service and most of those with Robert delivering the water, we have cancelled our service with Sierra. Robert has retired. We were scheduled to have water delivered on April 3rd, no water. Wife called the next day and was told water would be delivered on Thursday. No water. I finally called on Friday, 4/6 and was told they would schedule a delivery for Monday. Not acceptable. Told the supervisor I talked to to cancel my service and I would find someone else to pay for services. I wish I had seen these reviews before our company signed on for their service or lack there of it. The deliver guy last week didn't appreciate waiting for us to let him in and then proceeded to have a temper tantrum. He loaded up all the water and equipment and left. He said we were too much of a hassle to deal with. We called and emailed the local office with no response. So I called the company customer service line and told them what happened. They promised to look into it and set us up for a delivery of water and equipment for tomorrow. I thought it was going to be taken care of. Nope! The delivery driver called and refuses to provide services for us! He told us to use another company. Fine but if he thinks he is going to keep the rest of a very large account then he is sorely mistaken. I hope their corporate office knows how much business they are about to lose. read more

THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! We used Sierra Springs in our Amarillo and Lubbock offices. We never had issues with our Amarillo service, but the Lubbock service was sporadic and unreliable. They rarely delivered on the scheduled day and our employees often ran out of water. After several months of these issues, we decided to cancel our service in early May, 2016, and switch companies. We scheduled for our cooler/bottles to be picked up on May 11th. That date came and went with no representative from Sierra Springs coming by. I called and explained that we still had a cooler and bottles to be picked up and it was rescheduled for June 8th. Again, no one came. We continued to receive invoices stating that we were being charged for the cooler and a paper invoice fee. Once again, I called on August 3rd and explained the situation. (Every time I call, I am placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes, transferred and placed on hold for several more minutes, taking up quite a bit of time). I was told that our account would be credited and that they would contact the route manager for pickup of the cooler/bottles. It was scheduled (for the 3rd time) to be picked up on August 5th. Once again, no one came. On August 25th we received another invoice that not only did NOT show our account credited, as the previous representative spoken with on the phone indicated, it showed ANOTHER charge for the cooler and ANOTHER charge for the paper invoice fee. I called again, this time I was on the phone for 51 minutes. I requested to speak with a manager and was sent to the escalations department. He told me that our account was accidentally put on hold rather than canceled, but assured me that it would indeed be canceled this time, our account credited, and that someone would pick up the cooler and bottles either that day or the next. On Friday, August 26th, a representative came by the office (no one was there to receive him). Rather than pick up the cooler, he DROPPED OFF TWO MORE FULL BOTTLES OF WATER! This company is full of incompetent employees, but we can not be rid of them no matter how hard we try. Unfortunately now, we are turning to help from the Better Business Bureau to try and resolve this issues. read more

We accepted delivery of Sierra Water at Costco. This company is the worst. Failed water deliveries. We were unable to contact the local company to get our water. After months of this we cancelled our water service in February of 2016 and had them pickup the dispenser. Their billing process is a total nightmare. They bill us and we call the national company and they insist they have it straightened out and we do not owe anything. Today we received a bill from some collection agency saying we owe over Sierra 100.00. Never in our lives have we been billed by a collection agency. Unbelievable. Not a reputable company and I question Costco's reputation for being involved with these people. read more

I give them NEGATIVE Stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! You can't ever contact the branch that is in town. You speak with people in Florida and they relay the message to the branch. I ordered the bottom loading cooler and when they came to deliver they did not have a bottom loader. Apparently they are on back order but that was never communicated prior to them just setting up a different one hoping you wouldn't notice. After 2 months they still have no idea when they will have more bottom loaders even though you can still go online and order one! I've been charged each month for a bottom loader when I have one that is supposed to be cheaper. Also the hot water on it has not worked at all! And I've been charged for the 5 gallon water bottle even when I haven't received one since I pushed delivery to the next month. NOW I had an appointment for them to pick up the cooler since I cancelled service and they didn't show up and adjusted the delivery date for another week WITHOUT communicating ANYTHING to me. The best thing about our experience with Sierra Springs was that it was comically bad, and I do like comedy. It reached the point that I rooted for the next missed delivery. Long story short, the only on-time delivery was the first; it took two months for them to pick up our equipment after cancelling; and they are still billing us. I honestly have never seen worse customer service. I ordered new service for the business including water and a water cooler. First off, let me tell you, they take their sweet time with deliveries. When they finally arrived at my place, they managed to bring the water, but somehow forgot to bring the cooler?! So I was told the cooler would show up the next day. Nope. The next day? Nope. The local delivery guys are pretty good - when you can get in touch with them after they have missed a delivery they will go out of their way to get your water to you ... at some point. The customer service, on the other hand, is atrocious. It is extremely difficult to talk to an actual person, the person you finally get generally has little or no actual power to resolve a situation, and, quite often, doesn't have the necessary resources to understand the situation. They have switched to a new paper billing system that ends up with you mailing an envelope - with all of your confidential information on the outside of the envelope - to the wrong address. I worked my way up the phone ladder to a supervisor of some sort and she didn't even recognize the billing system I was describing and could not believe, she said, that the correct address was nowhere to be found on the bill in my hand. I have also been led to believe, by other customers, that it is almost impossible to cancel the service without ending up in collections and having to go through the legal system. I signed up for service in June 2015 through Costco. I was so excited to get water delivered to my door. I signed up for 3 bottles/ month and ended up needing 6-7. The cost of $65/ month was not worth it for me just to have water. The delivery was usually a day late from what was promised, but that wasn't that big of a deal to me. I cancelled in July due to the cost. It took two weeks and numerous phone calls to finally get my water cooler and empty bottles picked up. I was on hold at least 30 minutes every time I called the 1-800 number. They were usually rude and did not seem to know very much. Each time they promised me the account had been cancelled and someone would be by on a specific date to pick everything up. After getting nowhere with the 1-800 number I finally called the delivery driver. He did show up the next day to get everything. However, 2 months later I am still receiving phone calls stating someone will be by to deliver water. I am not being charged any longer, but it is a nuisance to get these phone calls every 2 weeks.
